They said log off the app then log on the desktop then log off the desktop then log back on. But for me all I had to do was just get on the desktop and then my app instantly started working

So I might have a solution for this it worked for me so as what he said:
1. Check for update
2. Uninstall and reinstall
3. Restard phone
4. Check internet connection
And if you do all that and it still doesn't work go to their page log in to your account and it should say "use app" or something like that then u press it and it works again
