@@americansuppressor still waiting and at 127 days. I've sent multiple courteous emails to both NICS customer support and the ATF. I have received generic responses from both, but no approval yet. I've had no issues or delays in the past with nics checks for firearm purchases, so hopefully its resolved soon.
@@americansuppressor Finally approved at 130 days after multiple emails and phone calls this week trying to get my application moving. Hopefully I can get out and enjoy using it this weekend.
I seen my buddy get his done in five days while I sit around and waited for 120 days on one can and I had to say something when they approve that but I was waiting on another one for 150 some days so I’m calling bullshit never trust the government

Thank you for the support! The times are faster for a lot of people, but the system still has some flaws. We are working hard to get those flaws fixed. I'm sorry your application isn't one that was returned quickly.
My third oppressor took 41 days My fourth oppressor recently took only 77 days Way better than my second suppressor that took 231 days and my first suppressor that took 166 days
submitted my first eform4 individual yesterday. lets see how this goes!
I'm currently sitting at 121 days for an eform 4 (silencer shop single shot trust with just myself as the responsible person).

Still got 3 eForm 4’s out from June 2024. At 16 months for all 3 even with my congress critter working on it for the last 2 months
Mine submitted 724/24 Approved 9/23/24. 69days with SS# and a UPin# in tow…. Pretty happy 😃
Certainly a heck of a lot better than a couple years ago!
Had a suppressor and SBR in August. Two days on the suppressor and three on the SBR.

Trust summitted, 2/23 rejected 2/24 due to discrepancies in paper work, what ever that meant. Resubmitted 2/24, presently 10/24 nothing.
