I can’t post a photo here, but I found Melanie on Facebook. She said that Christopher is nonverbal and lives in a group home with 4 other men, one of them he went to school with from the age of 6. She and Ralph live in Florida due to health problems, but they maintain their home in Massachusetts so they can come visit Christopher in the summer months.
My son is high functioning Autistic and has a photographic memory from the get go. I always feel like I’m under a microscope because he can read me like a book. He was slow developing but was fixated with anything that moves such as vehicles and in preschool he didn’t know his letters numbers colors but would litterly correctly identify the make and models of cars. In the school parking lot. It was mind blowing. His father is a mechanic. On his fourth grade class trip they took a bus trip and asked the driver when the last time the bus had been serviced lol. He always checked my tires to see if I needed air and could diagnose issues by the sound. He also was a bit obsessed with me having enough gas. Well guess what the school bus broke down on the trip and they had to wait for a replacement bus. I’m sure his anxiety was sky high. If I move an object just an inch he notices it instantly. His nickname is eagle eye. I told him he would make a great security guard.

Would you wish a debilitating illness on your child? That's autism, especially SEVERE autism, which literally means the person can't function on any level of independence at all. When you have to clean poop off the floors & walls every day for decades, know your child is a "forever baby", you pray for any kind of cure that will reverse their brain damage, because that's what autism is.
It pains me hearing Sally talk about autism as if it's something to pity...Thank God we've come such a long way understanding autism since this was filmed.
Dr. Paul Millard Hardy had so much more to say about Autism but he was cut off TWICE. Why have him on the show if he wasn't even allowed to finish what he was saying that was important. Apparently, he is still practicing. I'm going to look into Auditory Training. Worth a try.
Have you heard of Social Stories, well, I can tell you it works and helps keep them calm. Usually a behavior health Specialist can show you how to do this and, there’s books out there on them. Goodluck!

I have tried other frequencies but didn't think to try ones for Autism until recently. I haven't played it enough but I am noticing small positive changes. ❤

You can’t recover from autism. It’s a state of the person. But, they like any neurotypical person can change with help.
Some people believe that these children are the “chosen ones”. They mean that in a positive way. There also seems to be a big rise in autism.
