You saved me so much. I was fighting an impossible battle with the surface loft. It was killing me! Form loft didn't even stutter. Beautiful surface first time!!!
This is so important in our tools of development. For too long I stayed in solid modelling only. The fear of not being able to merge designs at the end caused this. After seeing the last series on forms, it has opened a new toolbox in my designs. This video is a brief window into what is possible in other design environments. Keep enlightening us Matt. Great job.
Another awesome video! Could you make a video going more into detail about takeoff weight and tangency weight? When I change those values I can see the changes they make to the model, but sometimes I get error messages and I'm not sure exactly what's going on when I adjust those values.
Great suggestion! I am uploading part 10 right now but ill add that to the list. Most of the time the errors happen when surfaces overlap. Fusion (and CAD) really hate when that happens.
Great tutorial Matt , can you help me , as a practice I try to drawing a bottle of 4.4 LDishwashing liquid SUNLIGHT, using surface and solids design but I could not, was very hard for me.
With a bottle you generally want to model half of it. So draw the shape from the side and then build the curves to create a loft. I don't know the specific bottle you are talking about but usually there will be one big shape and that gets cut up and adjusted for smaller details.

Glad to hear it!!

Thanks Brian! Glad it is helping! The video set to come out monday is about building 3d curves for surfaces....

@@LearnEverythingAboutDesign Awesome, thank you!
This how to pick was very helpful. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful! I actually recorded it twice and wasn't sure if there was much value so that is good to hear!
I haven't gotten to this lesson yet because there are many other videos of your friends that I haven't finished yet but thank you very much anyway.🥰
