A few weeks ago there was a 747 that flew into Ukrainian airspace where the no fly zone is I don’t know if it was just a bug with Flightradar24 but like 3k people were tracking it
Also this could have been a bug but an airbus a320 flew straight into North Korea

Most planes that I would call rare or high profile, such as air force 1, are hidden by flightradar. I would still say the XLR is rare.
my husbands deploment flight is actively "available" on flight radar, it only has a call sign but i've been watching it the whole time

They fly between bases in Hamburg, Bremen, Saint Nazaire, Toulouse and Liverpool almost daily, not that rare. At the time of writing actually 3 in the air at the same time.

I've saw a lot of military precense in scotland yesterday, a KC46, an E-3, 4 eurofighters typhoons, 3 L-159, 2 AH-64 apaches, and a P-8 poseidon
The eurofighters and l159s flying up near that area and the p8s aren’t that rare
Planes to Antartica aren't as rare as you think, there's an airline form Chile that flies there.
I have seen all of these except for antartica and xlr, rarest planes I have seen is stratolaunch and a boeing 747-200 (747sp too) engine testbed
Not FlightRadar24, but I spotted an AN-124 flying into Seattle/Tacoma international airport sometime in 2020. It went right over my house! (Seattle is on the flight path of it’s own airport, which is kind of unusual.)
Sometime back a few months ago I found a AN 124 heading from Finland and I wouldn’t call NATO11 a rare occurrence bc I seen it a few times alongside a lot of military presence in places like Norway, uk and Italy

0:28 I just found this exact plane flying at 54,000 ft. The registration number for anyone who wants to see it, is 09-2039!
The last one was probably from the Potomac Naval Airstation in Maryland. It's the main test facility for a lot of the US Navy's hardware.
The "hot air balloon" one is not a hot air balloon, it is a weather balloon, which is why its at a such a crazy altitude. The maximum an actual (public) hot air balloon can go is about 750 feet.
1st and last 2 were somewhat rare but all the others where very common

Today I found 2 Il-76's, one cargo(Volga-Dnepr Airlines) and one from the Russian Air Force, Russian Special Squadron A319, Il96 and Yak-40, four Royal Australian Air Froce Pilatus PC-21's and two Royal Australian Air Force C-130's(flying over australia, obviously.)
I ONCE FOUND A DOOMS DAY PLANE ON FLIGHTRADAR AND THE 757 USAF FLEW OVER MY HOUSE!!!!
One time I found a Boeing Dreamliner, and I loved every bit of seeing it.
For the ballon part, The ballon is actualy a HBAL(High Altitude Ballon) and for right now, you can find one over hamilton. They provide internet for nore poor countrys.
Most of these would be considered extremely rare before the Ukraine war started. Now, they are just up there usually 24/7 monitoring what is going on.
I think you're right. Went to check on Sunday September 24th 2023, and there's a USN P-8 hanging out along the coast of Romania keeping an eye on things.
Edit:They just went off the radar right by the border. So I'm assuming they crossed into Ukraine.

other than the xlr and the antarctica ones, the other ones arent really rare. I saw a belugo with my own eyes flying over frankfurt (hamburg-toulouse) on a really clear day.

I saw a 747SP flying from LAX to OGG. At first I thought the pilots must have out in the wrong aircraft, but they didnt! Sands Aviation still flies a 747SP!

Живу в Казани(Россия) и вдруг увидел как над моей дачей пролетал огромный самолёт с четырьмя двигателями. Сначала я подумал что это ту 160(рядом с моей дачей находится аэродром Казанского авиастроительного завода где производят самолёты ту 160 и ту 22м3) но он подозрительно был большим (то есть на высоте около 11 тысяч метров отчётливо был виден силуэт самолёта и его четыре двигателя на крыльях). Я сначала подумал что это это Ил 76 или АН 124 но открыв flight radar оказалось что это А380 который летел из сан Франциско в Дубай, а потом через полчаса над моей дачей пролетел другой а380 только он уже теперь летел из лос Анджелеса. Как оказалось позже они летают над моим городом довольно часто. Также можно отметить разные разведывательные самолёты или просто военные самолёты в Прибалтике и в восточной Европе, global hawk над чёрным морем, ту 204ср который взлетал с аэродрома аэродрома про который я говорил,правительственный Ил 96 который летел в Казахстан и боинг 737 который летел из зоны 51 в лас вегас
Это зависит от обруча и по центральной России они летают именно с Австралий в Аргентину

None of these are too rare... Only Air force 2, the Rossiya and the XLR plane art are 'rare'.
