One day I will show my kids all the Packers Super Bowl games... I won't tell them the outcome so they can experience the joy and pain (mostly joy) I did growing up. Can't wait!
Still blows my mind how badly the Pack bailed on the run in the second half and Rodgers went pure pass heavy against this great Steelers defense. Insane battle of elite skill on both sides of the ball.
This game is underrated in the pantheon of great Super Bowls because it didn't have an iconic ending. But as far as a 60 minute football game this was as good as any other.
matthews had to move inside, which caused our pass rush to not be as good. Now that we have a few prospects at MLB, and our secondary is good, clay is moving back to olb and our defense will cause more turnovers
Back when Mike Wallace was one of the elite receivers in the league. What the heck happened to him when he left Pitt? Really shows how the right QB can make a receiver.
I remember after Super Bowl XLV there was some big talk of the Packers becoming the next big football dynasty of the 10's, and why not? They had all the pieces. Aaron Rodgers was 27 and had come into his own, the Packers were young and stacked, they had a good defense led by Clay Matthews and Mike McCarthy looked like he was ready to take the next step on the Pantheon of coaches. The stratosphere looked to be the limit for these Packers. As we all know, that wouldn't be the case.
The following year they absolutely dominated. I remember seeing them line up 5 wide and thinking “how is anyone gonna stop this?! But sadly one bad game in the playoffs can ruin it all.
Big Ben is a historically bad Super Bowl QB 0 Super Bowl MVPs in his 3 Super Bowl Games. Big Ben vs Seahawks 9/21, 123 Yards, 0 TD, 2 INT, 22.6 Passer Rating Big Ben vs Cardinals 21/30, 256 Yards, 1 TD, 1 INT, 93.2 Passer Rating 25/40, 263 Yards, 2 TD, 2 INT, 77.4 Passer Rating In his 3 super Bowls he threw more interceptions (5) than touchdowns (3)
Actually, Manning and Roethlisberger have the same amount of rings. Also, manning got there more than Roethlisberger and actually beat brady 3x in the playoffs... which Roethlisberger never could
I watched this game when I was 6 and don’t have very vivid memories of it, Been a lifetime packer fan and with all of the talks of what will happen this off-season for the packers I just wish for us to win this Super Bowl so I can feel the joy of watching my team win it all again
Ok, I am going to watch this tomorrow and order a pizza and have some friends over to watch. Great game. Better this than last Super Bowl. I really hate defensive battles.
The defensive sets Green Bay used in this game were crazy. 2, 1, sometimes zero down linemen, games up and down the line almost every play, different players rushing constantly.
Most of the games are being uploaded around rematches or specific events that can tie into the game. There will be at least 3 games uploaded each Friday, but some weeks will have 4 or 5 depending on the amount of rematches relating to the games.
What people don't realize is that the 2010-2011 Packers won 19 straight games which includes this Super Bowl. Which is the second longest winning streak in NFL history only behind the 2003-2004 Patriots, who won 21 straight games. Beating out the Undefeated 1972-73 Dolphins, 1989-1990 49ers, and the 1997-98 Broncos
Idk know why but Packer Super Bowl games are always better. Not just the game. It’s the hype build up, the commercials. It’s just that old school feeling the organization carries with it.
At least Sanders still looks good and doesn't have his head up his ass! Really though, Nelson, Jennings, Driver, Jones versus Ward, Sanders, Brown, Wallace.... just an all-time great match up of HOF caliber receivers. Not to mention #12 & #7.
I'm hoping for a rematch in Super Bowl LV. The Steelers and Packers are two of the most storied franchises in the NFL. It makes for an interesting matchup.

@@prodigycby5784 tf are you on about? lol
@@danthefan1470 no I mean he sounds weird af. Like idk if he wants the packers to win more than he ever did, or he just acts like this every year
One day I will show my kids all the Packers Super Bowl games...
I legit spent most of my day watching this
...a Rodgers and Matthews Ad before the vid started.. that's awesome.
This game really exposed the steelers secondary. Sanchez being bad and flacco having no recievers really helped them out.
This game is underrated in the pantheon of great Super Bowls because it didn't have an iconic ending. But as far as a 60 minute football game this was as good as any other.
Packers probably could've won this in a blowout if the receivers didn't drop so many passes and the defense didn't lose Shields and Woodson
GodsSon987 you are right
GodsSon987 👍
GodsSon987 funny that you mention that because if it wasn’t for the Steelers’ three turnovers , they could’ve possibly blown out the Packers
Prince J yeah but big ben is a big pile of garbage.
Jake Schimmers you’re jealous
The memories of when the packer defense looked good on paper and played well on the field.
Wtf has happened in the last few years?
matthews had to move inside, which caused our pass rush to not be as good. Now that we have a few prospects at MLB, and our secondary is good, clay is moving back to olb and our defense will cause more turnovers
The secondary has been a big problem since Nick Collins retired and Woodson left, plus Matthews is out of his prime
Corner backs suck
And Injury
+dat boi way up Collins didn't retire, he had a career ending injury the season following this win.
Back when Mike Wallace was one of the elite receivers in the league. What the heck happened to him when he left Pitt? Really shows how the right QB can make a receiver.
fr
And just to think that Rodgers is now a Jet. Man time flew by
Hines Ward, Emmanuel Sanders, Mike Wallace, and AB? Damn that's a receiving core!
Antonio Llopart that’s true
matthew pfeiffer what Antonio Lopart said, and don’t forget Antwaan Randle El.
Mike Wallace Sucks
@@BigBossCQCLegend now he does
Yeah theyre pretty good. But how about Jennings, Driver, Nelson and Jones on the other team though
It became a massive disappointment. Especially after going 15 and 1 the following year losing 4 NFC championship games m
The following year they absolutely dominated. I remember seeing them line up 5 wide and thinking “how is anyone gonna stop this?! But sadly one bad game in the playoffs can ruin it all.
Who would have thought, 10 years later, this was the last time these two hall-of-fame quarterbacks were in the super bowl
#12 goin back this year
@@nathanbethards9675 cap
@@sogeeky nah buddy. Kapeenick couldn't handle the league. Aaron Rodgers is who I'm referring to
@@nathanbethards9675 I thought he was going back last year, but I still think he will go back this year lol

Brings a tear to my eye. Go pack go.
I watch this and every single time I still get goosebumps and get emotional
Who’s watching in 2021 to see if Rodgers can win his second Super Bowl finally?
Here, 😀and yes..hopefully he wins his 2nd super Bowl n 2nd super bowl m.v.p
YESSS
Yes
day before🙂
thats funny cause brady is the goat and smoked him
Crazy to think, Big Ben was one last drive short to tie Brady's Super Bowl rings back then. Got much closer than Manning ever did.
Big Ben is a historically bad Super Bowl QB
0 Super Bowl MVPs in his 3 Super Bowl Games.
Big Ben vs Seahawks
9/21, 123 Yards, 0 TD, 2 INT, 22.6 Passer Rating
Big Ben vs Cardinals
21/30, 256 Yards, 1 TD, 1 INT, 93.2 Passer Rating
25/40, 263 Yards, 2 TD, 2 INT, 77.4 Passer Rating
In his 3 super Bowls he threw more interceptions (5) than touchdowns (3)
@@Igzmg01and yet that doesn't change what OP said
Actually, Manning and Roethlisberger have the same amount of rings. Also, manning got there more than Roethlisberger and actually beat brady 3x in the playoffs... which Roethlisberger never could
Packer fans where y'all at?
Green Bay
Right here
Right Here
We right here broo

I watched this game when I was 6 and don’t have very vivid memories of it, Been a lifetime packer fan and with all of the talks of what will happen this off-season for the packers I just wish for us to win this Super Bowl so I can feel the joy of watching my team win it all again
I agree... they deserve it #GoPackGo #diehard
Ok, I am going to watch this tomorrow and order a pizza and have some friends over to watch. Great game. Better this than last Super Bowl. I really hate defensive battles.
Stills hurts watching this even today.
nah, it seems fine to me (am cardinals fan 😢)
Never forget 16 IR players, sixth seed, and still won the Super Bowl. Lions....you have no excuses
Look at that Rodgers smile…the way he is cheesing….he’s the perfect packer 😁🧀
U deserve it a rod!!! As a falcons fan u always give us respect when ur in Atlanta. :)
A legendary Super Bowl for the ages.
The defensive sets Green Bay used in this game were crazy. 2, 1, sometimes zero down linemen, games up and down the line almost every play, different players rushing constantly.
please do super bowl 42. that's one of the greats.
Super Bowl XLII was voted in by the fans, so keep an eye out on Free Game Fridays
Wow they replied
+NFL is there any particular order in how your doing this. And how many a Friday?
Most of the games are being uploaded around rematches or specific events that can tie into the game. There will be at least 3 games uploaded each Friday, but some weeks will have 4 or 5 depending on the amount of rematches relating to the games.
keep doing it. It's awesome. Never thought the TV networks would allow it. (GASP)
Will I ever know this joy again 🥺🥺
Idk but the packers are playing well this season
Were in the NFC championship game AT Home. This could be the year
I miss Nick Collins so much dude would've been a hall of famer for sure
He certainly did retire too early.
That pick 6 was HUGE
These are the only two teams I have ever cheered on. It was tuff watching this.
Still one of the best superbowls I've ever witnessed. Go Packers!!
Yo your so right your my man
I'm right there with you!💚💛
Till the day I die I will always remember where I was and being overcome with sheer joy when Tramon Williams batted that ball down.
This is the best matchup possible for a super bowl as far as franchises with rich history and amazing fanbases
Most underrated SB of all time
God this brings back so many memories of me in high-school football.
Still gives me goosebumps.
Yes including playoffs that’s crazy. They won 6 in a row to end 2010 and 13 to open 2011
I literally have been coming to watch this every Packers post season disappointment to make myself feel better. This has was a wild year.
This game made me a 1000 dollar. Thank You Aaron Rodger.
Any packers fans watching this in 2024, I miss this season so much
Idk know why but Packer Super Bowl games are always better.
Not just the game. It’s the hype build up, the commercials. It’s just that old school feeling the organization carries with it.
I enjoyed this SB. It was awesome seeing AR win his first SB...
Totally awesome dude.
Even more awesome to see him lose in the championships so much and never make it to another SB 😉
“Emmanuel Sanders, the rookie”….guy just retired this offseason. That one line just made me feel so old
Greg Jennings is such a class act. "To God be the glory"
Dam young AB and now he's the best in the Leauge
That was before he became selfish with a big contract...
This didn't age well ..
And now he's retired from the NFL
Americas Team well...............................
At least Sanders still looks good and doesn't have his head up his ass! Really though, Nelson, Jennings, Driver, Jones versus Ward, Sanders, Brown, Wallace.... just an all-time great match up of HOF caliber receivers. Not to mention #12 & #7.
this year's superbowl is going to hit different because there's no crowd like this right now.
Came back to this, just to see a happy Aaron Rodgers in green and yellow.
This season got me missing all the Packer games parties my family had after the Super Bowl win.. I hope we recover 🧀 head for life.
We’re back baby
I'm hoping for a rematch in Super Bowl LV. The Steelers and Packers are two of the most storied franchises in the NFL. It makes for an interesting matchup.
The second 6th seed to win a Super Bowl defeated the first team that completed that feat
