    Hey Creamsicle Dreamsicle, 🧡🤍 this flow! Another freeing opener, lay on stomach with legs raised at 90° palms facing up, and windshield wipe legs. Feels sooooo good Kate!

    I love side stretches and everything with the straddle haha It always feels so comforting to me.
