I never knew Metal Sonic was in Triple Trouble

Metal Sonic legitimately seems like the best villain ever. I don’t think I’ve seen that level of dedication in defeating the hero, and he’s gotten terrifyingly close several times.
Yeah he is way more worthy of killing Sonic than that stupid Mephiles the douche. Metal would actually kill Sonic in a fight! Not result in some cheap cowardly tactic that involves killing from a far distance! Seriously fuck Mephiles! Even Infinite had more effort put into him.
Also Metal has a personal and understandable grudge against Sonic. Mephiles had practically zero interaction with Sonic to the fact Sonic's story in 06 should've been a completely and separate game altogether.

Metal Overlord is the best direction Sega took Metal Sonic. He was a badass, too bad he hasn't made another apearance he is my all time favourite

Honestly Metal Sonic is more fitting of being the "protagonist's evil counterpart" than Shadow ever really was. Shadow is basically just a rival at this point, kind of like Knuckles is, but more edgy.

Metal Sonic really went rogue in Sonic Heroes and I think after the events of that game, he probably lost all recollection of what happened.

I love how they did the character justice in Sonic Heroes: being far more terrifying than Dr. Eggman, attained a new form, concocted a powerful strategy, copied everyone’s data, as well as his Metal Madness/Overlord causing him to progressively grow unhinged as the battle raged on against all four teams.
Also his “All living things kneel before you master” one liner is legendary.
I am so happy that my boy gets 2 million views, that's my son, so proud.

But no, from his inspirations to his original and final design to his lines in all games he has been, he was always an edgelord. And honestly, that's fine. Shadow was just as cocky as Sonic in SA2. Shadow said that he was better than everyone, Sonic said the same. " And this friendly rivalry between the two trash-talking fastest things alive has completely disappeared...
