Week 4 of Update 1.2 is live! This week we introduce the Shotana and the Exhaustgun.
- Shotana -
More powerful than any shotgun to date, this wepaon can shred through armor and players alike. Strike them down with the speed and precision of a samurai, because the Shotana's two shots will leave you vulnerable if you miss.
- Exhaustgun -
The coveted noob-toob finally finds its way into Hover Junkers; however, it's trickier than it seems. Launch a grenade, and pull the trigger a second time to detonate. Hitting moving targets is a challenge, but nothing can kill a player behind cover (or the cover itself) better than the Exhaustgun.

Man I love the designs of these things. Shotana is like the mix of a shotgun, katana and watering hose.

Why do I feel like detonatable grenades will be super op, and almost defeating the purpose of defenses? I mean, Hover Junkers' weapon variety growth is important, but it seems too easy to lob a grenade into other ships, and get quick kills
just theorizing here but I'd imagine it's super short range. thereby forcing the enemy to keep there distance to make it useless. It's purpose amongst skilled players would be to take advantage of an enemy making a mistake and getting to close
and it seems that if you miss, your whole ship blows up as well
I think its more like, there is a chance that you will hit something on your won ship, which leads to the granade staying righ by your side, and upon exploding, killing you.
I have a feeling the grenade launcher is going to be OP in a cover-based game.
You guys need to get Cmikes back to do some more sound design. You're getting to a point where a lot of stuff sounds the same, which in a shooter can be extremely bad.
Finally gotten a vive and hover junkers after you guys pretty much single handedly made me want one. Just been in a team death match and it's crazy fun, just need a bit more room :D

I've played it on my friends Vive. It's really cool but not something I'd see myself playing a lot to be honest.
Worth every penny.

You need to work more with sound design, leveling out the volume, etc. Otherwise this is epic and the world is a better place with this game in it.

after this, yes I know far into the future, will you guys make mabye like a dday thing where you mow down enemies in comming. or charge the beach or fight in trenches of ww1, mabye in Vietnam or civil war. all of these are unique and you would be the only ones

It would be cool if I could rip one of my metal defenses, and use it as kind of a riot shield to counter the Exhaustgun
accuracy is still spelled wrong
oddly enough after playing this update the nade luauncher isn't Op, its the shotgun. people keep killing me through cover as if only 1 pellet is enough fora one shot kill. if i try to keep a distance, the shotgun destroys my ship in 6 shots

That moment when 20 weapons sound exactly the same in a single game.
The sound design absolutely is the weakest part of the game. And I seriously can't take weak sound design.
The unnecessary ship explosions alone annoy me endlessly. LOL
But I appreciate the effort. It is easily one of the best VR games out there. Maybe just not my taste!
Please make another game that is more towards arena fps. Even if it has flying ships, give it pickups, powerups (that give the player a reason to mapcontrol), lifts (elevators), obstacles/traps, water/lava/steam/rain/snow .... =)
