With 7 chapters detailing our journey, with stunning footage of an incredible country, we give you an intimate peek of areas of Iceland not seen by many. With weather ups and downs including a freak snow storm that has us grounded for 4 days, we give you a warts and all view of our experiences.
Geysirs, boiling pools of mud, volcano craters, lava fields, majestic mountain scenery and lupin covered landscapes, summer in Iceland is a magical time of the year to visit. Of course with 24hours of daylight, there will be no Northern Lights, although there will be plenty more dramatic displays of our planet's inner core, the likes of which you'll not see so close anywhere else in the world.
Thanks to the team at Discover the World, (www.discover-the-world.com) who brought our trip to life for us and who gifted us our spectacular excursion on the Jökulsarlón Glacier Lagoon. With the north of the island grounded by the storm, we were grateful to them for their support in reorganising our accommodation bookings. They certainly took away some of the stress of the situation, that even took the locals by surprise.

I already had Iceland on my bucket list, but now it has shot way up the list thanks to you both. I think the Icelandic Tourist Board should be paying you to use this video, it certainly shows the country/island at its best. Maybe a sponsorship opportunity for your next visit ;-)
