Hello friends! In this video I propose 3 super delicious eggplant recipes to try absolutely! The first recipe is delicious eggplant stuffed with chicken in tomato sauce. I assure you that you will not be able to stop eating them! They are easy to make, beautiful to look at and very tasty to eat! :)
The second recipe is one of my favorites! Delicious eggplant meatballs with a racy heart are perfect for lunch or dinner. Anyone can do them! A few simple ingredients and a few minutes of time are enough! I assure you that there won't be even one left! :)
The last recipe is really simple and tasty. Baked eggplant with scamorza cheese, tomato and onion is an ideal appetizer when you have guests at home. 1 pepper
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
300 gr of chicken breast

1 clove of garlic
1 egg
50 g of Parmesan cheese
Basil
Breadcrumbs to taste

2 eggplants
1 onion
250 ml of tomato sauce
Smoked scamorza
Salt, pepper, oregano, chilli with aromatic herbs

the last recipe with the sliced eggplants is like some mini keto pizzas (without the dough, no carbs !), and with more vegetables, smoked scamorza is new to me but I can't live without it anymore, I buy 5 or 6 or them, when I can find them, and I put them in the freezer, they are still perfect after ! I love it !

Carissimo oggi ho fatto la tua ricetta delle 5 melenzane ho seguito alla letera soltanto le mie melenzane con il matarello non riuscivo a stenderle come le tue e dopo cotura trovo che lo spessore era troppo grosso (potrebbe essere dalle melenzane stesse .auguri per il tuo canale cari saluti Angelo
