I've never had the problem with invisible naval invasions, but maybe a Garrison Order can fix it. Also, I tihink, I'm very sure that when you call your puppets from the war screen they cannot decline.
the second bug happens because you don't even call them to war, you can't call them into war sometimes, while first bug I think that could fix it, I remembered it later

I had a look at where the nuke landed at the end. Using straight lines from the province to features on the coast and comparing it to Google Maps it looks like it landed somewhere either in the Shire of Richmond or the Shire of Mckinley. Together the two shires have an area close to the size of Irland and a population in the 1947 census of just over 1,900. looking on Google Maps I found a (low priority) strategic target in the area, a high-frequency direction-finding station operated by the RAAF between 1942 and 1945, near the town of Julia Creek (pop ~800).
I appreciate the bugs lists that you do, but also you pull off many exploits or less common uses of in game mechanics lets say. Would it be asking too much to see you make a video of those which are currently working with this version of the game. BTW the keeping lend lease constant was brilliant, and I thought I was good at scamming them.
I made multiple videos on exploits, I think there is a playlist for them in my channel playlists tab, some no longer work sadly, and there's barely new ones, but, next longer video is gonna be an Ethiopia exploit coring entire africa quickly

@@sejozwak Very nice technique, I don't consider it as exploit, just imagine you play multiplayer and beg your friends for stuff. In SP you can't do that except in a deficit. So that is the nice way to talk to AI.

you can unasign divisions from naval invasions as long as you turn off the general orders by pressing the red square above the general

For the naval invasion "bug" idk if its actually a bug you have to unselect the execute battle plan(check mark) and then you can unassign units
