While watching this: I began to realize that I genuinely began to “like” this human being. He’s so nice. What a delight. My smile 😊 is full on. Thanks. Just thanks so very much for this throughly enjoyable video. 💕
I think this right now....my life would be so fulfilled to spend one holiday with someone who loves life and serving good down to earth food to others as much as you do Kaleb. You are the 8th wonder of the world right now. Where we are all scrambling to understand our lives during a pandemic and still some political outrage you bring a sense of calm and understanding and love to this world. Thank you for all you give to us.
I wish my family loved olives as I do. These look amazing. I love the idea of the cabbage under the cheeses, adding that pop of color. N the nuts I'm definitely gonna make. Thank you for this different take on a traditional board.
I LOOOOOVE Charcuterie boards....no matter what is on them! So many delicious nibbles both familiar and unknown. Our date night dinner is often one of these whether made at home or consumed in a restaurant. They're just so much fun
another great video!!!! and I couldn't help but love your windows over your sink with the black! just stunning!!! will be trying to make my own coated nuts!
If you put the nuts and the spice mix into a bag together (doesn’t have to be plastic - one of those waxed lunch bags would work) you can really ensure the nuts are well coated. Then spread them on your baking sheet. Works for just about anything that needs a coating prior to baking, so much less messy than using hands - I even use it for roasted veg such as tomatoes.
OMG!! It’s 1am in NYC and my mouth is drooling! Everything looks so good. In my head we’re bff’s 🤣🤣 I love your videos and your personality, and all the delicious looking things you make. I’d love to know where you get your charcuterie boards.
Spectacular board! Who needs dinner? If you can find Gaeta olives get them. They come from 2 towns away from our home to be in Italy. You are an artist.
yay you showed yourself cutting the little root part of the garlic clove off. when i watch cooking videos i rarely seem to see people cutting the end off before smashing it..but i can't seem to bring myself to just ignore it when i prep my garlic. it seems so woody and stuck on there i feel like i have to get rid of it to make the de-skinning go smoothly but then i wonder if i'm adding an extra step others don't seem to bother with :-)
That looks fabulous 💖 I will definately try the nuts & olives...yummo❣ I love watching your video's, you are very charming and warm. I love how you say this is how my Grandma did it...or how my Mom did it. Keep up the good work.🥰
I just love love it. Can wait to do this. Thank you so much for that extra special love you put into everything you do. You do awsome from everything. Has your special touch.
Oh My Gosh, I want to be invited to one of your parties/gatherings. You have a delightful personality and that charcuterie board is fantastic1 I'm a grazier.
You said you pick your bay leaves. I have always wanted a plant. Please tell me where you bought it from. Im here in Des Moines . So they will grow in Iowa? Love your videos!
Looked so delicious and it did indeed represent fall. You really put to shame what was called the “pickle plate” or “relish dish” back in the 60’s and 70’s.
Gorgeous board! But can we please stop calling them charcuterie? You and I both know that’s not they are. And I’m glad you made that point. They’re snack boards. Grazing if you will, although technically not. But I look at grazing as eating a little here, a little there. I’m so over charcuterie. My grandson’s Lunchable is a charcuterie 😂

Oooo, so special and nice..I sent this video to my daughter..She entertains a lot..She'll love this. Thank you..
This is a beautiful grazing platter. Just remember some people can’t share food so a little individual plate for them would be very thoughtful ❤
