I rode up there in July and noticed Peter O had all the KOMs, figured he must be the local legend. Then I looked him up and realized he's actually kind of a global legend LOL. Great trails, cannot wait to get back up there. Such a great balance between machined and natural!!
Awesome video. Looking forward to riding some of those trails next year. Like the teddy bear @13:50. Serious height @14:39. Thank you to all involved for your hard work and dedication. It may not be said enough but everything you do is very appreciated.
I'm sure the new cranmore connector flow trail cures a lot of user conflict... but I'll miss the old trail. It was honestly one of my favorite trails on the hill! Nice work in any case. Cool to see this zone expand
The old trail isn't going anywhere but weekends are tough bombing down it, so many hikers etc . The old connector will get reworked a little for hiking purposes next year. I don't know if they will make it one way or not we shall see.
Look up the area on trailforks and you'll see how many trails are there. Only about 20% are machine built, and mostly just these new infrastructure trails because they need to be wide enough for 2 way traffic and as main arteries that pick up traffic from multiple technical descents...
Was so good the way it was. Had the true essence of MTB that made it special. Thanks for bringing equiptment into the forest and turning it into an over crowded commercialized resort. The whole area has become overcrowded and over developed. Makes it easier to drive right past and go to Goreham, the same reasons I don't ski Cranmore and head right to Wildcat apply.
i live in squamish , the headline of this video made me laugh . im guessing the creator of this video has never ridden squamish before because i didnt see any epic granite slabs in this video. haha
This video isn't about the slabs but about infrastructure... I challenge you to watch my #bikethewhites videos and see the slabs we have in the east and in this area and then get back to me... 😉

Lol ya whenever I go for a good time and get a Kom and feel good Peter blows it away by a good margin lol

Who would dislike this video??? Amazing organization, t hank you all - can't wait to visit next year and shred some trails!
There's always one it seems.

All they have done is make a great hidden gem into a touristy shit show like Cranmore
Awesome video guys! Exciting news for your mtb community!
Super informative! I can't wait to return to NoCo
Great video! I haven’t been up there in a few years, a lot of new trails. It looks really awesome.
These trails look great! If you’re ever in MA and hit vietnam trails next year let me know! Would love to show you all the great trails/jumps/drops
Thanks man! I've ridden Vietnam many times but never made a video of it. Been a couple years though...
Sick video , love the place!👊🍻
Yo, I love it, Creating the win/win for users, and sharing the MTB experience with all want to enjoy it. :-)

Craymore mountain?
Its all on trailforks Sam thats the best way to find it. The new climbing trail will start at cranmore mountain
@@Projectnortheast Thank you!
Guys.... love what ya doing! But, how do you combine hiking with guys coming down a mountain at 20'ish mph?
Where exactly do you mean? In North conway? Currently this infrastructure project is to separate user groups to remove that situation...
I can’t wait to get up there, how long is the longest descent and what trail/trails is it ?
Probably the longest descent is of the black cap connector which drops off the backside of black cap. I did a video on it a few vids ago
@@Projectnortheast awesome thank you
Is there a intenerary for 2021 projects up yet? Awesome vid and even better trails
Just whats going on right now with the trail collective into 2021. Keep your ears to the ground and follow ride noco for updates!
No need for Squamish or any other comparison. NoCo is special in its own right.
How much natural trail vs machine built is there? As much fun as machine built trail can be, availability of technical single track is important fun.

@@Projectnortheast Thanks, I'll do that. 20/80 sounds like a good mix.
Plenty of both and the balance is perfect. The hand built trails are so good.
Great informative video.. The whites are the place to go!
