This is one serious burger! Santa would be happy to find this as a snack on his busy night later this month!

That must be an original recipe! Brie and cranberry are rich, luscious flavors. The Brussels sprouts must bring a huge earthiness to the profile! And just a touch of herb sage in the meat and the salty crunch of bacon makes the bite enjoyable. Looks like a delicious combo! Plus topped with a special treat!
I think I would soften my Brie to make it kinda gooey, but it looks like a great holiday flavor bomb!
    Merry Christmas!

Hi Geoff, its not quite original, it was on the menu at my local pub last Christmas, my twist is to replace the beef burger with the sage, onion and turkey burger, and instead of salad the sautéed sprout. I'm not a great lover of boiled sprouts, if they're under or over boiled it doesn't make a scrap of difference to me, however I saw this chef on TV who sautéd them with lots of butter, (I added more butter than what you see on the vid) and then they became more palatable.
Many thanks for the glowing comment, once winter is out of the way my Weber Q will be in action again, in the meantime best wishes for Christmas, and the New Year, Cheers.
