But considering there are 2 million of "new Swedes" that has no interest in ice hockey, I can understand that the statistics become a bit misleading. So I wouldn't be surprised if football is actually ranked as the most popular sport in Sweden. But it's common fact that ice hockey is the main sport in Sweden, for the Swedes. And the same goes for Finland.

On average, about 1,500 fans go to a match, but the atmosphere what is here, the atmosphere of the NHL, where 15,000 to 17,000 people attend, cannot be compared to ours.You can't hear yourself here, but over there on the NHL you can hear a pin drop
Totally agree I don't know where are you from but Nitra has the best fans in Slovakia and also Poprad, Bystrica, Zvolen (I am from LM so we hadn't so much fans past years 😢)
