Yes!! I thought the same thing, I want to see if those toothpaste tube clip pusher thingies work with these little polygel tubes!!! Nice job! I’m gonna give this method a try, using polygel to adhere my gel tips instead of builder gel. It’s got to at least be less stressful LOL Also I really love your particular glitter polygel look, I’m gonna have to pick some up and do his on myself 😉 I am not a professional but I have been my own nails for 30 years, so I have run the gamut and used all there is to try; silk, acrylic, hard gel, soft gel...etc... But I have never been more impressed until these gel extensions kits came onto the scene! I decided to go with Kiara a sky and have not been disappointed!! I seriously LOVE these gelly tips, they really are revolutionary, a game changer to be sure! They are as thin as real nails and feel like real nails on! They so do not feel like standard extensions usually made out of plastic or built up with gel or acrylic in wear. Love, love, love them. Thanks for this video, I’m definitely doing this with my next set!! Just did mine yesterday so I’ll have plenty of time to order some glitter polygel and wait for it to get here before I’ll need to update my mani ❤️😘

Hi so I got the apres full cover sculpted coffin nails but didn’t realize I don’t have a UV light so i ran out and bought a little handheld uv flashlight! Is that strong enough to cure the soft gel when I adhere those nails? If I make sure to let the entire area receive light for long enough? I got impatient and stuck them on with nail glue just because I needed them on asap at the time 🤣🤣🤣 them babies popped off tho 😂😭
Give it another try it takes practice but can be very easy if you use dual for.s and a plastic nail tip on you nail. That way you just clean up the sides. I have a few videos on that ❤️
Thank you Happy New Year 😊 polygel reminds me of Acrylic texture wise I think that's why I find it easier than gel to work with. But don't get discouraged you can play with it until you think it's ready to be cured. 😘

I know this is an old video, so I might not even get a response, but I’m hoping you or someone can answer a question for me, and since you said you have fibromyalgia like I do, I was hoping u would know.....because of the pain of fibromyalgia it’s hard for me to do all of this in one sitting, so I was wondering, can this be done it two parts? Can I prep my nails one day, you know file off the cuticle, rough up the nail bed, apply the dehydrator, then the bonding primer, and then put the base gel on my nails and cure it, and clean off the sticky layer, can I then keep my nails like this for a day or two while I recover, and come back within a day or two and then rough up the tip and add the poly gel or builder gel and attach and cure, will the base gel I put a day or two before still be ok, or will it cause lifting because I didn’t do it right away? I’d really love to know because I’d really like to be able to do this in two parts to help cope with the pain, but I don’t want lifting....is there a way to do it if this doesn’t work, like maybe I can do all that and in the second part a few days later add another thin layer of base gel to the nail bed again, or will that make it worse? Is that even necessary or will the original base coat still work from a few days prior to properly adhere the tip? Anyone who knows, I’d appreciate the input, it’s just too much for me to do the entire process, start to finish, in one day, so any suggestions on how it can me split up would be appreciated greatly 🥰💕
Thank you so much for commenting 💕 yes you definitely can just make sure when your ready to start step two re buff your nails and dehydrated again so that the polygel sticks to the base that you already applied. No need for another base layer if you buff and dehydrate. I totally understand the taking it by steps and I hope this disease doesn't stop you from doing everything you love. It will slow us down a bit and make us take a few days but keep pushing through ❤

@@jenniferinfante897 I use the nail drill.... but it is a bit hard to file away the full nail tip to get to the poly gel. And soaking takes forever! How do you remove it?
@@_the.productive.planner_ I do the soak off then file also but maybe it has to be a stronger acetone? Some days it is harder for me so maybe It depends of the poly gel too.

Hi! I was wondering how long this method lasted on your nails? Beautiful work!
Hi I did my nails 3 weeks ago using this method with no lifting and to be honest I think I’m gonna leave them for 4 weeks then change it. I’m shocked they lasted so long but I love it. Only think is the removal process ugh 🤦🏽♀️
@@_the.productive.planner_ I feel like the removal process for poly gel is so quick ! How do you do it ?
@@jenniferinfante897 I use the nail drill.... but it is a bit hard to file away the full nail tip to get to the poly gel. And soaking takes forever! How do you remove it?
@@_the.productive.planner_ I do the soak off then file also but maybe it has to be a stronger acetone? Some days it is harder for me so maybe It depends of the poly gel too.
It lasts a long time
which lamp did you use ? my polygel breaks off the nail the bit that is on the nail stays on but the other breaks off easily i think my lamp isn't strong enough hence that why i ask what lamp you use for the polygel.thanks in advance xx
I recommend filing the entire nail from the inside and using alcohol or acetone to dehydrate it. I use IBD. LED UV Hybrid Lamp
Girl i said i was going to do a simple color youre about to make me do glitter 😂
The mandrel bit, can that be used to remove the shine on the natural nail for prep, or just the cuticles and side walls?
I love it! How long does this method last on your nails?
Yesenia let me see if I understand we’ll do you use gel x nails and they not pop off after you dry them ? They stick to the polygel ?and stay?
Yes, gel x are. Ails made out of gel made specifically to stay on gel products a d become a part of the nail. Dual forms are made out of plastic and are made to just shape gel or polygel then pop off. Hope that helps ❣️
Yesenia Estrella De Anda amazing I have both I will tried for sure thank you for sharing such a great idea 🥰
Can you use any type extend gel with these tips or it has to be the same one that they sell?
Thanks so much for this! I have a bunch of tips from apres but whenever I used the gel they provided (I have the old school gel before they came out with a new formula) it ALWAYS lifts and I always have trouble getting rid of all the bubbles
Hermoso 😍, cuánto tiempo te duran con esa técnica?
Gorgeous set!! They're called tube keys, and I've read you can buy toothpaste tube keys and they wirk.
Yes! I had a few of my Subscribers mention toothpaste squeezers so I got some to help my weak hands. Thanks you 😘
I’ve never seen poly gel used like this !
Hope you enjoyed it 😊
Yesenia Estrella De Anda loved it 🥰🙌🏻😍
They look nice
hi, i bought similar tips on aliexpress and i find it a bit flexibles, x gel tips are rigid or flexibles?
New sub!! Love your work❤️👏🏽👌🏽
Thank you ❤️😘 I appreciate the support and love ☺️
I love this set! Can the polygel be soaked off?
Yes it can I suggest clipping of the length of the nail then filing down the products before soaking ❤️😘
@@YeseniaEstrellaDeAnda thank you!!!!
Who else watches Femi beauty and is just now realizing that this girl is the OG of the lazy girl method she just didn't know it yet haha
I just started following her she is so talented. I actually learn this method from king of nails max extrada using his polygel and gel tips but glad she brought it up in the RUclips community it has definitely helped many nail techs and people who want to learn how to do nails at home❤️
@@YeseniaEstrellaDeAnda oh I didn't know Max put polygel on the entirety of the tip; I thought he just put it where the natural nail is. That's interesting! I'm happy to hear that you fellow nailtubers are so supportive of each other!
@@dylgirl206e2R yes he mentioned you can go all the way specially the longer tips for more strength. also the school I went to showed us but just for the nail bed not the whole nail. Ofcourse I try my best to support and give credit to those I Barrow ideas or techniques from ☺️
