Thanks to you I managed to take apart mine and figure out that there was rust and calcium on the power connection to the board. Cleaned it off and saved me me from dropping $100 on a new motor. Thank you sir.
Briiliant, thanks so much for posting this disassembly. I got as far as @1:16 on my own, and I had a suspicion the seal had to come off but I wasn't sure enough to proceed without forcefully breaking something. Looks like I have a broken trigger :(
Thanks for the video, I was able to successfully repair my V11 with broken trigger in under 40min and a 10€ replacement trigger from Amazon. Saved 550€ today !

Thank you for sharing it was very useful to me. Note that on some devices (mine) the green component plate under the white cover is completely embedded in a layer of insulating rubber which requires cutting out the areas to be dismantled and disconnected.
For some reason after I take off the motherboard part there is a screw under some kind of epoxy that I am pretty sure it’s preventing me from removing the handle completely. Any suggestions would be awesome.

Great vid..But No need to remove other power lead from circuit as he shows him lifting up black part to remove thin wire strip. Leave that be it does not need to be removed.

I connected the + and - inside the handle and the lcd behind the filter lights up a little bit but the dyson doesn't work...I noticed there are two more circular pins inside the handle but i don't know what they are (additional power, button, etc) i even tried to find a diagram but i didn't got anything, do you know what they are or can you tell me where i have to connect them? I'm really desperate and i don't want to spend extra money for a new battery...thank you very much!

I cleaned my filter and tried to use it when it was still little wet and stopped working. It turned off completely. Bought a new vacuum head without battery and is not working either. Was I supposed to buy a new battery as well. Kindly advise .

Thank you for the videos, I have V11, completely dead, when I plugged in the charger both side blue lights comes up for 5 second and goes off, when I pressed the battery black switch, it flashes 9 times. I have opened the battery and tested all the cells showing 4.11V, The signal plug showing constant 26V, the clips which connects the main body read 26V once and goes off, when I pressed the black battery button. What you reckon, need a battery or any other parts, I repair and learn electronics, good to see that you sell parts, I would get back to you for V6 parts. Thanks

This video is helpless... The electronic board is protected with a sylicone layer and disconnecting the motor part is almost impossible without damaging the contacts
I confirm that dismounting two different v11 motors, in one the electronic board is covered with sylicone, the other not. This is simply for impeding auto-maintenance!
I do not understand at all why you are making a video and not pointing out gross mistakes! When installing the trigger again, you should definitely pay attention to the screw above! In addition, when you reconnect the filter to the engine, you should be careful not to destroy the two contacts on the engine or to bend the contacts in the filter! Your video is out of the question!

It may not be properly installed, you can remove and try to reinstall.
