Fiddle main here, if your ulting and think you barely wont hit the enemies, you can spam flash toward them and your passive ability will still fear them

I have indeed noticed the extra effort put into the creation of this video and I have enjoyed it greatly. Personally my favorite part was the in-sync fiddle cut yell during the musical portion. It made me laugh harder than I would like to admit.

Every time I lock in off meta pick, one teammate insta says:"*champion* *role* ?" And than they proceed to flame me whole game, while going 0/10/0 with their super meta picks. I often get to be the one with most gold/kills/damage/braincells, but still league players think they lost bc off meta pick.

I can confirm, tried to do fiddle bot with a friend (They consented, they're always ready for some here me out duo lane). Someone dodged and we didn't start a new que after getting far enough to lock fiddle in so they banned it immediately. They got a Taliyah bot lock in instead and we won still (shocking I know).

I have 400k mastery playing exclusively support fiddle so im going to write a thesis about him
1. Runes, take arcane comet,>mana>trancendense>scorch then taste of blood for sustain and ultimate hunter, Skills e>q>w, Max w>q>e, if you are facing a poke comp then i recommend putting some points into e early game to poke as well. First strike is not viable because it only works when you have the ult and you are playing in a lane where poke is its middle name, Dark harvest works sometimes, i play it in a kill lane where my adc is aggressive and if enemy is playing something squishy, Glacial augment is a rune that exists.
2. Take E and use it to harass the adc, it deals some damage that will be outscaled by literally every other non-enchanter support (except seraphine of course), its very big and use it when adc is last hitting since it has a windup time
3. You are very weak early game, dont think you are not because of your w heal, because you are not. its great for sustaining a bit but unless you are pushing you shouldnt use it because the adc will report you for damaging the minions, you have one (1) 1.25 second short range point and click fear so use it wisely, when you fear people there is also a cooldown separate from your actual cooldown so you cant fear people again so USE IT WISELY
4. Your wards are weird, it can indefinitely watch the point brush for any ganks but will disappear once someone sees it, ask your adc to ward the lane brushs if facing against hook supports because you cant do it, but once you are level 6 they are still weird, like having a zombie ward. Good thing is that it blocks most skill shots if unseen so anything from a bliztcrank hook to an ashe arrow to a briar ult will be blocked if it hits your ward (you will use this tactic in once every 10 games)
5. Domain Expansion they changed the map so some of the ult spots changed but i dont think this matters, your ult will always be shorter than you think so plan accordingly, the spots that you can ult in botlane is : obviously the brushes, you can ult from the alcove if a support is clearing wards there, just behind the wall in front of the tower, the minions will give vision so be wary, the top of said wall if the enemies are just about to enter tower range, this is hard because point brush is almost always warded but it works sometimes. Dragon pit, you can actually wait for a fight near dragon then ult because you are not the jungler and have to be front and center, this is one of the key aspects about support fiddle.
6. Roaming, most jungles are good supports (sometimes dont try supp eve) because of their roaming potential, go nuts, go to mid, hide behind raptors then ult, go to top and help your jungler take grubs and ulting into tower has never been easier in top, if the bot pushes into your tower, great makes them easier to kill. You are designed to be a jungler, so roam.
7. Items, i miss night harvester, imperial mandate or malignance as first item, imperial is great for providing more consistent damage, malignance only activates like every 100 seconds and its more expensive, second item is always zhoniyas you are too poor to 3rd item hourglass do not do it, if the overall game comp is mainly magic, go abyssal mask, you can also do rocketbelt or cryptbloom depends how squishy targets are, more damage like liandrys, blackfire or cinderbloom also works if your team doesnt have enough. For boots if you are behind buy lucidity, fiddles ult will always provide some value so unleash it more, else buy sorcs, even as support ult+w is enough to lower a squishy to around 30%.
8. Teammates, since you are playing a mage support, its better to have a tank jungler or tank midlaner, top should always be a toplaner and if its a ranged then just i dont know man pray or something, they will already start hostility for picking such a champion, be nice to your adc, execute their cannons, shield them from skillshots fear the opposition, because supp fiddle will never kill anyone alone so you need your adc, samira works well with you with her dash-to-cc'ed-enemies passive and you both have domain expansions, you can fear and silence anyone who tries to cc her and both your ults should theoretically shred anyone 3 seconds flat. Kailsa works well because of your ult, you dont have to wait for her to get to lane if the enemies are already pushing, just ult and she will come, your fear also works well to let her hit her missiles.
9. Matchups. i hate lux and xerath with a passion, ban either one (i ban xerath), pyke as well because he is very fast and can catch you off guard while ulting rendering it fearless or worse cancelled. You are playing an off meta pick so you need to prove yourself, if the roam you roam, if they stay , you roam then catch them off guard, your sweeper ward recharge so much faster than theirs.
10. Viability. I am delusional so i believe it works and still picks it even though most of my games i have more deaths and kills but thats because im just bad at the game and the pick really shines through sometimes, since you are a support, you are not the main target so be sneaky and go to places to ult, even without ult you have a point and click 2.25 second fear and 1.25 second silence, if you are fighting with minions in lane you are about healing like 30-40% of the damage you are currently taking if you also drain the 2 people, if you have no vision in the alcove, your drain will show enemies so invis like vayne pyke and shaco is partiallly countered. It aint that complicated to play you just need a good head and good decision making which is a requirement for playing support.
