Was the triangle offense not a real offensive setup? Ok then. The point was not that they were running the triangle offense, it's the fact that they made actual plays without constant cheese moves. For fuck sake
rayshaun ruff pick and rolls/screens are used basically every play. The Rockets and Warriors run 4 & 5 out. But yes it was cool seeing something different.
Anthony Norman pick n roll and 4 to 5 out is honestly what ruined the sport to me. Pick n roll is abused so heavily, and the 4 to 5 out killed all the great post players. It's like if you can't shoot the 3, you're almost useless unless you're a big man who can get 20 rbs per game
You should try to legit get the triangle going and you could get some Ws against really good teams, it’s working good with little practice, so keep trying it
The Warriors run a modified triangle scheme that's so beautiful to watch. You watch them run Curry and Klay off Green and Durant in the pinch post past like three back screens while somebody else is running to the far corner. It's gorgeous basketball. Where have I seen this sort of thing before? *cuts to Steve Kerr playing for the Bulls.*

My team run a 5out, pick and roll, pick and pop, 4 out 1 in, double screens and lots more but we mix it throughout the game and we barely run the same plays too many times because those top teams will catch on to it quickly. Its way more fun to watch and seeing the teams trying to guess our next plays and fail. We are blowing out elite teams easily because we also have strong defence but our line prob won't work with the triangle off since we don't have slashers on the team. No team in the nba runs a 5 out all game, theres nothing wrong with it but if thats your teams only offence then its boring to watch after a while and your team will struggle once your ball handler gets clamped up like agent showed in recent video.

My favorite game mode in 2k is my player lab on the jumpshot creator lol but fr i literally have the most fun coming up with jumpers and testing them out
Try running the 1-3-1 D pick up at half court trap on wings and corners If ball on wing top and wing trap back denies corner while center protects the cut and opposite wing stops the lob pass over the top
The thing is the triangle works because it adds some kind of structure. I guess 5 out is kind of structure, but the only reason its effective is because of the mechanics of the game
You should run motion offense (Boston, Spurs, Warriors) next. This would be a cool ass series if you ran different offenses in 2k18. And then after that run like a 7 second offense or something like that. Dope vid
