I fell asleep watching your video so I had to watch it twice. Just threw some M856A1 into the craft. Also the mechanic barter is a good way to get some cheap parts. RGB black, Moe stock

I love that the devs think a ak with a 16 inch barrel will have a higher velocity than a ar with a 20 inch barrel. Or that a ak has less recoil than a ar. Or that any part of a ak is more ergonomic than a ar.
Hey the ufm hand guard can take the mvf001 fore grip (a must have if you build a vpo 209 DMR build with using .366 AP). The trax hand guard has a bridge and extension that goes with it.

This was great, especially the part at the end where you go through all the different options available. Putting together something myself can just feel a bit frustrating, there are so many options and I don't know what goes with what plus I don't necessarily have everything examined. The way you've grouped each type of attachment into categories and then highlighted the role of each particular piece within the category (e.g. for the foregrips, grouped by ergo/2%/3%/4%/keymod and then by effectiveness vs cost within each group) is so helpful for understanding not only what to choose but also why, allowing us to take advantage of changes in flea market price and availability. I know this video can't have been easy to make, but I would love to see more like it!
Absolutely one of the BEST guns in the game. It's so, SO good. You can build it budget and run M856a1 and it would feel like a meta M4 running the same ammo. You can spend an extra 100k if you want to, to ADS faster than a meta M4 if you want to, but the recoil is fine with just a rubber butt pad and an RK1

I like this gun because you can put just about whatever you want on it and it’s good. I do the krebs hand guard with tan magpul furniture and the tan QDC suppressor. Just as good as a loud scar for the same price.
the ak101 is cheap. if you decide to use the cheaper suppressors instead of asr for 60k use the cheaper options for 20-40k save you some monies its basically the same recoil but -2

Been an ak enthusiast since i started back in 2018. Almost all AKs are all singing, all dancing rifles in tarkov. Capable at range and up close. I even have 2 shooter borns with the baby ak. May not be a laser meta gun, but its close, its good, and it works.

AK101 has been a fav of mine for a while. Got a 4 man spraydown last wipe with one against the back wall behind dorms.
