FYI - you can get AWD with the bunk-over option. It's not a default options so you need to ask for it. Another disappointing thing to see is propane. There is an absolute gem of a unit called the Truma Combi D6E which makes way more sense here. The only reason why propane is being asked for is because boomers don't know any better. Do away with propane. Teach people how to use induction cooktops. You don't "need" a tankless unlimited hot water system. What you do need is to not have to fill up your propane every 2-3 days in cold weather. Why is because finding a propane fill station on the road is very very difficult. Propane needs to go away.
Thanks for the detailed feedback! You bring up some great points about AWD options and alternative systems like the Truma Combi D6E. The propane discussion is definitely interesting-it's all about finding the right balance for different users' needs. Appreciate you sharing your perspective!
@@grantrussell9903 Final note - I get why not diesel - because dummies will run the diesel heater until you're out of gas (from your main tank) and then will blame the manufacturer for not putting in safeguards to prevent their own stupidity. There should already be a safeguard that you can't use the diesel heater if diesel tank is down to 1/3 or 1/4, but not offering diesel because you want to prevent user error is not the right approach. Lastly - as a Tesla owner I'm deeply disappointed in a complete lack of EV drivetrain options for class-C RVs. I don't miss doing oil changes or spark plugs or air filters or trans fluid or diff oil or brake jobs, etc. etc. etc. EVs are the future and it's a much better future.
@@AlexanderHuzar Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! You bring up some valid points about safeguards and user responsibility. While many manufacturers do implement features to prevent issues like running out of fuel (such as heaters shutting off at a set fuel level), it's also important for users to stay mindful of fuel levels during operation. Proper usage and understanding of systems go a long way in ensuring a smooth experience. As for EV drivetrains, they represent an exciting future for RV's! I'm sure the industry is working towards incorporating EV technology, but unique demands of RV's (such as power, range, and charging infrastructure) make it a more gradual process. Hopefully, we'll see more advancements soon! Appreciate your perspective and viewpoints.
Thanks for the review
