if you don't put too much acrylic, its not that hard to file down without the drill. The drill does save time if you have one but its not necessary to go out and buy one!

No problem! As long as you make sure your nails are clean and dry, they should stay on at least two weeks! I just filled mine in!

i think for some people who get this nail kit it smells but also for some i'm sure it doesn't smell either because they maybe have a window open or there somewhere with like the smell can go out from but i cant really say much because mines will be coming in the mail soon but i do alot of nails

It’s probably the monomer and nail glue, they tend to smell awful
Mine too. It happened to be a jelly mold thingy that had a strong ass smell. I threw it away
You did an amazing job. I just got this for Christmas so I can learn how to do my nails for my wedding. I have a question though, when you mixed the acrylic powder and gold together, did you add any liquid in there too to make it stick better? Mine won't stick or spread.

My mom got me this kit today but the pink acrylic is the only thing i don’t recommend (beginner). I didnt use it on a nail i wiped and then did it.it was super hard

@@niyadadon1977 i mean u can buy it and then buy a seperate monomer as well and throw that one out , I'm also not sure if the acrylic powders are safe , or even the whole kit since it honestly is really cheap and the monomer contains MMA so those r some red flags 😬

no she maybe used her own pouder that she had but the kit comes with its own

is the acrylic hard to work with at all for beginners? i heard that it hardens very fast
it does harden fast. You should practice on the fake finger first to get the hang of it before you end up with too much on your nail
@@GoldiePlusModel thank you for the reply! i got this kit and for me it takes a while to harden. i recently tried to do one of my own nails. it has given me a reaction and turned my whole finger red for a week, while i had the nail on it started to burn under my finger😫if you get this i definitely recommend getting a different acrylic and monomer set
@@madelynhogan3041 Oh no! You must've been allergic to something or perhaps you had an open cut on your finger/nailbed? Im sorry to hear that. The most I got was a nail getting hot while the acrylic cured. You may have to play around with kits and find what works best for you

I don’t understand why you’re dipping the brush in acetone and then in monomer each time..is that something required? Or are you just doing that to try to keep your brush clean every single time you add product???? I’m confused
The acrylic can dry up on the brush fast causing clumps so yes, thats why! good question
And also this stuff is wayyy cheaper than the other kits

what are the different containers and liquids you are dipping into? it's not clear. Does the glass container contain the acrylic liquid or the powder? it would be helpful if you clarify this. thanks!
That glass container is actually for the monomer liquid (the purplish bottle you see her pressing down on) but the author poured the glitter into that glass.

Ive been having a problem getting the gel to cure. I got a uv light from wubefine and the kit and my gel just wont cure
I never received the light with mine! I have no clue how its supposed to cure. I thought the light did the trick!

Why is my acrylic application so terrible! Like its so clumpy and it’s hard to make it smooth because i have to be fast
you have to make sure the brush is wet with the liquid
No offense. Those nails look sloppy. Let the brush stay with more monomer before getting the acrylic powder. Not like water but just enough that it flows so you have smoother nails and not so much filing

yes the size of the acrylic is tiny
For me the powder dries quick
it does dry quick. you have to make sure your brush is wet enough and you dont have too much powder. and you gotta move fast!

are you getting the brush wet enough?
I had the same problem I was using the clear powder but when I switched to the pink I didn't have that problem anymore. My brush was perfect so idk why it happened.
