Anyone paying for a pretentious meal like that deserves to be bankrupt.
That steak wasn’t properly trimmed - it could have been over sues vide that would explain if it was over tender and had lost the meat texture??? I much prefer Signor Sassi round the corner, so many great places to eat without fuelling his ego 😅
