I really learnt a lot from your shiur today! I'm a yunger man just looking for a little "refreshers course" and I found you. Very concise, brilliantly laid out and highly informative! Tnx so much! Kol hakavod!

Great discussions - I spend a year trying to figure out (on my own) what you've summarized in two hours (parts 1 and 2). Thanks!
Is the text (your supplements - not Sefaria) available to download?

Seems to a casual observer that with Shimmel claiming fifty percent and Ruven claiming one hundred percent that a different compromise is appropriate. Based upon the principals of the fifty fifty split, the strength of the claim of honesty and the court being a witness the only part in dispute should be twenty five percent.
Therefore, Ruven should get sixty two and one half percent and Shimmel would get thirty seven and one half percent.
