Frank, a "Rongpiao" designer from the Netherlands, has been working in fashion for decades. The first time Frank came to Chengdu was in 2004 when he and his friends were on a self-driving tour around China, and he was impressed by the charm of this city at that time. Because of that tour, Frank returned to Chengdu in 2012. This time, he decided to stay in this energetic city and witness its development.
