Our cars are almost identical except ive the DCT. ive the RHD version but we basically have all the same mods, same wheels etc. Im running bc coils and need a new valve cover which is my only issue atm. Love it dont think ill ever sell it tbh
@@whappy212 When I first got the car I wanted that drag look with the bigger tires cause they look pretty good with the E92’s. Then I swapped the front 17 to an 18 because the tire gap to fender was just to annoying to play with and in the longgggg run I’d like a bbk. Requiring a 18’ rim.
@@dallaswilson1761 I got the CSF one, not the full aluminum I would like to get that one sometime soon but I got it off FCP for the lifetime warranty just in case.
@@Imculk909 wsp bro, so n55 can be more reliable than the n54. n54 holds and makes more power after being tune with boltons and you can push more power, i went the n55 route because of reliability and i was never planning on pushing 500+ in my car, im still in college and im a bit broke, + having these cars won’t allow you to want to keep it stock. i’ve gotten this car and put 5 grand into mods and maybe sub 1.5k into maintenance over a year.
Great vid dude and car looks great. Same color as my 335is. Just an FYI the M performance muffler is different than the 335is muffler. The 335is muffler still has the buttlefly flap, black tips, less packing, has different part #'s, and is labled Boysen while the while the other is labled BMW Performance. They are def similar but still sound different, the M Performance exhaust is louder and more aggressive than 335is muffler.
@ I didn’t know it for long ass time. Thought they were the same till I heard both in person. U might be able to use a vin decoder to see if the mpe was optioned when your car was new.

Did you notice any more sound with the intake? Im stage 2+ in my n55 e90 and debating getting the injen intakes.
@@SimRacingFein hit me up on instagram and ill give you my honest opinion @gotchakam, it’s been a hassle tbh
all in all, yes for sure sound is way louder
I got the same car
Correct me if I am wrong but didn't the e92 335i have the N54?
Depends on the year
@F8_Z3PHYR 2007 - 2010 335i has the N54
2011-2013 335i has the N55 PWG
335is has the N54
2006-2010 n54
2011 -13 335i n55
2011 -13 335is n54
Why 18 in the front and 17 in the rear tho?
If drag look..then you gonne need a big meaty tire too

What’s the offset of the rear wheels?
ET30, 18x9
17x9*** sorry
Is it reliable, cuz maybe ill get a bmw 335i tho i still dont know if n54 or n55 cuz im still y know under 15 so i gotta hurry growin up.

also n55 sounds better 👍🏽
yea if I ever get the e92 335i I'll try to find an n55 but n54 is also cool,I won't really mod it to be 500+hp anything above 250hp is cool.
@@gotchakam yea it sounds like a true 6 cylinder and n54 sounds somewhat like the s55 and has that bmw tone to it
