Hi..Polina amazing workout Im in my 50s I look much younger than my age as I do yoga and lead an active and healthy life I have some problem areas on my face but they are not in very bad shape.My skin texture is thin of late my cheeks have sunken a bit and fine nasolabial folds not very deep over all my face looks good but with passing age these problems may escalate .I was follwing some face exercises it worked well on other parts of my face but I noticed that my cheeks have sunken abit which Im not liking.Id seriously like to follow your face routine my Q is do they really work and show result? I've some fine lines on my forehead and eye area but they are also not so visible my face is still in good safe but I want to maintain that and age gracefully.so have some hope that I may improve my face as my face is good at this age following non surgical potions I I don't believe in botox and fillers..kindly respond ❤

Without face exercises, the muscles will loosen and lose shape, so the sooner we start exercising them the better ! I have lots of different videos on my channel, so choose the ones for the zones you want to improve and do them daily for best results. The results are subtle and build over time (not quick ), face yoga is really the best for natural approach 🌷💆♀

Thank you for your kind comments about my presentation 💚and I'm happy to hear you're enjoying my videos 🌸💆♀ your English is spot on! 👏🏻 It's really tricky to build up the cheeks when there are changes in bone structure such as when the teeth are extracted on one side or both sides of the face.... cheeks tend to collapse more as there's not much bone to give the muscles support! I'd recommend doing the Face Volume video which focuses on the cheeks and will gently build up the cheek muscles, making sure to do it for both sides of the face so as to maintain balance and hopefully some of the hollowness will even out too 🌷

Not specifically, but any face massage with good face oil will help with acne scars, just make sure you're not using a harsh pressure but nice gently firm steady strokes💆♀🌸
