I have eyes bags that appeared few monts ago, I am 66, and I now avoid miroirs or my reflection, it’s too depressing, I will do your exercises and see if this will tone up a little. If you have more exercises for getting eyes bags less apparent it will be great. Thanks 🙏🏻

Your video is helping to release the tension in the dis- balance of eyes. This imbalance is the cause of poor vision. When I am doing it I can hear cracks behind my neck. Brain already releases tension. ❤

I love your videos! A question: When I pull up my eyebrow with 3 fingers I get wrinkles in the forehead from pulling the skin up, not from engaging the forehead. I'm not sure why? Thank you
Thanks for watching the videos and delighted to hear you enjoy them!🌸 the 3 finger pad exercise will create temporary lines in the forehead because we are physically lifting the eyebrows and skin has to go somewhere ! Those lines are not created by tension of the muscles so there should be no lasting effect from those. Hope this makes sense!💆♀

Thanks for writing in and please don’t worry, there are targeted exercises you can do that will help to improve the appearance of the problems you mentioned. To restore volume in the cheeks, please see Restore Face Volume video, for the eyes please use any video in the Eye section and also choose a Lifting Face Massage video from Face Massage section. Aim to stay consistent with the exercises, doing it daily 5-6 times a week, until you see the positive effects. You can rotate the videos so you do Eyes one day, Cheeks the next day, etc and add Massage daily. Allocate at least 30 mins to your daily workout. Hope this helps 🌸💆♀
