      13:17 that gun is called M1101 it is a semi-auto weapon. It is not a assault rifle but a mask man rifle. Powerful at long range given a scope is provided like a 4x or 10x. It is expensive.

      Those guns aren’t made in Haiti. This level of chaos is caused by forces beyond the locals capabilities. Our Haitians brothers are tormented by design and it’s not hard to see. They are clearly still fighting to the bitter end against terror. If you’re scared to say what you see Chris then don’t list.

      Here's my story:
      I'm Congolese. Left my country at age of 10 because of the wars. My dad was an army colonel at the time. We fled to EU and I never set foot in Congo until 21 years later with 2 of my sons.
      My father has always taught us - when it comes to Congo - to love our roots and invest in our country (real estate), but in the same breath will not allow us to "have friends" go out clubbing and such for safety reasons. People get poisoned, rituals killings, organs harvesting etc.. But to me it was never a reason not to enjoy visiting. I never felt at home nor safe even in Europe. So once in Congo on vacation forbthe 1ste time in 21 years, I told myself and dad "fuck it" , I refuse to live this vacay in fear because I grew up fearful (war trauma, immigration, integration etc...), how can "come back home and fear my own". Got a total mindset reboot and enjoyed my stay. When I came back, I invested in real estate, like that yold us when we were teenagers, now building my own vacation home for my husband and children.
      Husband is Nigerian but grew up here. To him its the same : we don't fully belong anywhere, but roots are roots. He invested there as well for the kids and I, last year he took us there to meet his people and show the kids what belongs to them.
      My point is, dont let fear nor these media make you believe anything. Haiti may not be safe, but not everywhere in Haïti, not everyone in Haiti are criminals, there are enough precautions that can be taken to avoid dangerous situation. And most importantly, as a spiritual being you attract what you put your mind to, even danger.

    • @Jerson.Cy7
      @Jerson.Cy7 Год назад +14

      @@blad89s65 Allow me to share a bit of knowledge with you... In order for Haitians to migrate all the way to the African continent, they would have to carry legal docs of either North American countries (USA and Canada) and/or the EU countries - even just to stopover. Why bother going all the way to Africa, if you already hold legal docs that allow you to stay/work in those 'nearby' countries in the first place? 'Home' is where you feel at ease, happy, and have opportunities to provide for your loved ones and yourself. So far, there's none of that in Haiti. And there's no guarantee that Haitians would have that in Africa either (I have African friends migrating elsewhere for the same reasons - find (better) opportunities). Therefore, (some) Haitians take what they can get within the miles until they can kick open doors of better opportunities.

    Well Cheis it's now November 2023 and saw your recent post about this young man's passing😢.It took me a few comments to remind me that I actually watched this video ten months ago. I even forgot he was from Haiti due to all those Jamaican videos you've been doing lately as of typing.Even though I'll have to refresh my memory of the three quarters that I've a lready watched ,I should say that I recall he was a decent at heart guy who was a victim of circumstances. Unfortunately his ending as you've reporting sounds like no surprise for the life he was involved in.
    Oh and Chris, I actually first knew about you through the Haiti videos.I'll even give you credit for being in Haiti first hooking up the guide / translator with another RUclipsr who was using the same Haitian dude.I wouldn't be surprised if this video is being promoted due to what happened to the person who' the subject of this video .

    For anyone watching this and wondering how does this happen to a country, look up the 1825 treaty from France. Making Haiti pay for independence and pay reparations for Slavery done onto them. Making Haiti pay 150 million back then. In todays money ( $560 Million ) and they just paid off that debt in 2022. Imagine how many children went hungry and couldn’t get a decent education because their country fought off slavery & won. & the world sat back while France built Eiffel Tower and stuffed itself with the resources from Haiti. Long live Toussaint Louverture
