Im a new agent but way older than Isaac but I feel he’s older just because of how knowledgeable he is in this area. He is an amazing presenter. No wonder his clients care about him getting his commission because HE deserves it and He shows them how valuable he is as their realtor. 👏 I want to be like you 👊

I LOVE THIS ONE SHELBY! Isacc is from my hometown in El Paso, so that was already pulling at my heart strings, but he blew me away with his process and communication skills! I wish he could have been my first mentor! There were so many good take aways here, but I have to say one of my favorite things that he did was the part where he tells you as the client that you may have family or friends or see a video that makes you question something and he doesn’t want you to hesitate to call and ask if it’s true! That alone is huge and a great way to make sure the client is encouraged to keep communication open! I feel like those things can definitely blow up deals and the relationship! Great interview! Great content! 🙌 Oh and girl you are not an idiot! IG keeps changing everything like all of the platforms do so anyone that follows loves you and doesn’t care about stuff like that. Glad we can DM you now though! 😊

Unfortunately, that will not work under the NAR settlement rules. You cannot change how much you charge the buyer. You set your commission up front. If the seller is paying more the excess goes back to the buyer not the agent.

@@joannperna1143yes exactly. I love that this young man is doing so well, but what he is saying will absolutely get him in trouble. So I hope maybe his broker or some other agent in his area has seen this video and lets him know that you cannot adjust his feet it has to be set no matter what.

Honestly this was great, just needs to be tweaked a little to comply with new NAR Rules. Also, I wouldn't set the expectations of letting them off the hook if seller doesn't offer compensation. I would never tell them" let's low ball the offers first"especially if your looking to negotiate Buyer's Compensation with the seller....you are kinda setting yourself up to lose the buyer and piss off the seller. I would tell the buyer to negotiate after the home inspection if your looking to discount the property. Overall, this presentation is very very good. Keep it going! Good Luck 👍

@@RealEstateRockstarsRadioI’ve signed up but it doesn’t let me click on anything. Do I have to buy the real estate training in order to access?

Ummm… 2hrs that’s a long buyer’s representation, too much talking, 1/2-45 mins MAX, some good nuggets though 😊 I got really bored with him 😅and I’m also a realtor congrats on listings!! 🎉👍

Nope too much information for a buyer. The information is overwhelming. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Totally agree, depending on the TYPE of buyer! Being able to adjust for their needs is part of the gig. Super grateful to Isacc for sharing so much detail, so we can choose when/how to use it.
