I have to let you know that we don't change b to b/p , zh to ch/z or D to d/t. If you hear that, it should be one of the dialects in China. And we have countless dialects in China.

Nice, smooth talking and explanation but way too much English and Pinyin does not really help students of Mandarin. Suggestion: Make it (i) more direct and (ii) more Hanzi oriented. Also, in the % section (4:58), you mean division's, not divisions', right?
