    For all how may have a couple of questions….
    When fitting, you may have to bend quite a bit to get the whole thing in, do not worry, they are quite durable with strength so don’t worry about cracking, put on plenty of pressure.
    Which way should the clips be facing? If you watch 5:14, it will show the spike should be facing in towards the car
    Should I put clips on the front also? You can if you wish, although they should be a tight enough fit without needing this, so do the rear only.
    After fitting the front ones, my windows won’t go all the way up! Bring your window up and down, using your hand also as a small amount of pressure, and eventually bring the window all the way up using also the palm of your hand keep it like this for around 1 day, and when you next put the window up and down, it will go all the way. If you still have troubles, at the end (beside wing mirrow) pull it a slightly away from the car, and try again. You should hear a slight clicking noise.

    I’ve just got mine through the door Saturday afternoon. I wondered how the clips go on as well because I thought I’ve been type all the way along the front ones but the type seems to be on the back ones all the way along and still got the clips on I will try it and see what happens I suppose. Thank you very much.

    The strips of double sided tape on the long edges are so thin and short (not like in the video) I don't think they will do much. I'll put the clips in the rears but I've had to look in the comments to see if they are needed on the front.

      I definitely needed the clips for the rear but havent used them fron the fronts. They seem to be a snug fit and is on there quite solidly.

    Excellent video. A note to say after putting both in the front window deflectors there's a noise, a soft thud, as the deflectors push into their original space. So I'll keep them shut for a week to see if this disapperars. Is this normal ? Thank you. Quality product.

    My honda crv deflectors don't fit too well. You can see the parts that slide into the channel when installed. The front windows don't like them either. Tried pulling them and pushing the windows but they don't wanna know... 😢

    • @ibra82
      @ibra82  Год назад +3

      In most cases you do not need the clips for the front wind deflector, once fitted, check if there is any movement of the deflector inside the channel.

    Very helpful, but the fitting of the rear window clips was not as clear as it could have been as hands obscured the view. If this video is produced by the manufacturers I would just like to say it would be nice to see these also made without tint. I just don't see the need for them to be tinted, it just reduces vision.

    Can you not use a dab of super glue to fit them in the channel's so that they don't fall off at high speed's or strong winds.

    • @ibra82
      @ibra82  Год назад

      Yes you can use super glue but we would recommend to apply on a very small area on two different spots.

    • @andrewlaw
      @andrewlaw Год назад

      Why would they fall off? If driving at high speed the windows would be closed pinching the flange of the wind deflectors between the glass and door frame. They only time they could possibly fall out is when the windows are open and not pinning them.

    • @paulfuller2515
      @paulfuller2515 6 месяцев назад

      In strong winds the windows will probably be up.. holding them

  • @gk4874
    @gk4874 Год назад

    Fitted mine today then warhched the video. Double sided tape is too weak. Clips causing problems but will reinstall them only at the back. I suggest a thin rubber to seal. Rubber to rubber will not slip and there will be no need for the clips.
