Ya they worked great for like 3 months Suddenly all my phone does is buffer and lag. I upgraded to the unlimited plan and all it did was waste money. Called over 10 times over the course of 2 months. Each time they told me they fixed it but didn't. This time I asked for a supervisor she says the guy that can fix it will call in 2 days. So... my phone is still screwed up, it will continue be for 2 days, and probably will continue to be until I get switched to a company that actually works. Just try to open this ap was painstaking. And I can't get even a short video like this to play.
Could it be the problem from the phone itself? My old phones does the same thing, but it got better after I went to a phone repair and changed its battery
I bought this but my networks is so slow like this reel is also not loading and when theyre checking 5g signals then they said your area supports 5g now its not even 2g
Bro I'm trying to buy an esim but it only accepts 3 types of phones; Google, apple and Samsung. And mine is Motorola, do u know if there's a way to get it?
I bought the unlimited plan for the esim and everytime it tries to bring me too the page it never loads. I tried different browsers but it still wont load
You can check your IMEI without calling. If you want to keep your number you need to have it transferred to mint before cancelling or you will loose it
If you got I phone it’s easy to check if it’s android there a number you can text and it will tell if your phone is unlocked or not hopefully it’s not a T-Mobile. Android your be locked in
@@OdinTheGiant yeah I like how people say this don't specify anything and then don't reply when asked what the problem was. I had to call mint to move my esim after I removed it from the phone and couldn't get the SMS. Had no issues.
@@TechOut i had mint for a year or so its not horrible but where i worked i couldnt get 5g so i switched to verizon...and i still cant get 5g. Now im stuck in a contract but ill be back to mint when its done.

Hi i know its a pretty dumb question but after i order the esim and the plan from the mint mobile official web site will they sent my new number esim qr code in my email right? And can i connect that number with the mint mobile app too?

Did it ever get resolved?

"it's not even 2G" that statement makes 0 sense since there are no networks less than 4G so that's not possible
You can’t use your welfare lifeline 😂
@@TechOutTheir point is it doesn't work well where they are, which is entirely possible.
If i go for the 5gb plan , i wanna know if would work in Tijuana? 😊
You would have to ask mint about that
I ordered it online to my school, but there is a delay and it says this for about a week.
Sounds like a shipping issue not a Mint issue.
If you get mint mobile do not lose your password or you will be in trouble

You would have to get the physical sim

To download the sim?
I feel like there was someone out there who settled for less 😅
Is it 40 GB per month or 40 GB for 3 months?
Per month the 3 months is just the price but everything resets monthly
It is supposedly 40GB a month. But as an actual user. It doesn’t quite work out that way. And don’t bother with their support when there is an issue.
@KryptonianAI works that way for me? Usage resets monthly

After you use all your data it throttles you to dial up speeds. So not really unlimited..
You act like this is limited to mint. Verizon does this T-Mobile does it and so does AT&T.

Nothing l try works to access info 😮
