    Been loading on my 550 since 1995. It now does all my rifle rounds & my 650 is for all pistols. Great vid

      I would say you are getting your monies worth with those presses especially at the prices that Dillon wants these days I started out on Lee Precision presses that got me interested in reloading I literally learned everything on RUclips just in this past year I purchased the 550c and xl750 they are so easy to work with the 550c has become my favorite I really like that you are manually engaged at all times I don't reload for speed but for the time spent alone with my cat by my side it doesn't get any better than that! Thank you for subscribing to my channel! Hope you enjoy watching them at a ameture level and get a few laughs on the way !

    Single stage reloaded for decades with a RCBS Rockchucker. Takes forever to do, but otherwise good. Bought a Lee progressive press 2 years ago after things started reappearing on the shelves, any old port in a storm as it were, I am not impressed. The primer feed on it doesn't work well (understatement of the year). Going for a Dillon RL 550C today if they still have any left at the store.

      It's a lot more than expected the accuracy of bullet seating and powder drop are spot on I don't shoot match shoots but if did this would be my go to press thanks for watching!

    Do you have issues with static cling on your through-powder dies?

    • @reloader523
      @reloader523  10 месяцев назад

      Yes I figured it is normal since no one has brought it up I keep a small brush nearby to dust off the powder

      Use a pencil and coat the surface with graphite. No more cling 🤙🏼

      Can hollow tips be done with this 550c? I haven't seen anyone do them. Maybe there's a reason.?
