Is it just me or does anyone else also feel that Watchmojo is just going down in terms of content on DC?
I have been a viewer for the last 5 years and I'm sorry to say but indeed your level of content on DC has gone down in terms of quality.
Please do something to improve upon this.

He didn't really sacrifice himself. He can escape the portal Cyborg banished him to whenever he pleases
So can darksied. The both exist beyond the realms each universe only sees a percentage of there true form
Not really sacrificed, more like now he has someone to play with on the other side of the Universe. Like the Big Red said, "this was a wonderful Father's Day gift."
It's still very touching that Trigun does have fatherly love for Raven, despite being a pure demon.

Starfire and the Teen Titans also needs to be in the Honorable Mention... Like literally, did you see how she was ripped apart and came back as a cyborg. That was totally and really brutal.

I think Damiens death was the most heartbreaking. It was the first time Bruce called Damien his son and his last words “remember father justice not vengeance” echoing his fathers from the second batman and robin movie was bone chilling, showing the phenomenal growth of his character.

The death of Damian Wayne broke my heart, mostly because of how much he changed from how he started in the first film. Even though he's revived a few minutes later, what really shattered me was hearing Raven scream his name in absolute horror.
Darkseid has broken the Justice League and Teen Titans both morally, physically and emotionally. 😢

My favorite scene in this was Trigon vs Darkseid. Especially when they both realize that they will be trapped/killed if they go in the portal and Trigon just laughs in the face of this situation and carries Darkseid to oblivion

You don't seem to realize that it was just one of Darkseid's avatars. The real Darkseid will not be afraid of some kind of black hole and Trigon. He is, after all, one of the New Gods.

@@GuyFromTheFarNorth What you don't seem to realize is that there's not a single DCAU where Darkseid's "Godly form" is established as being a thing. That's a thing in the comics sure, but it has yet to ever happen in the animated universe. If I was to *personally* speculate, it's because Darkseid is a big enough threat in universe without making him a multiversal level threat and the DCAU isn't big enough for that kind of shit yet, but that's my own theory.
Additionally, if Darkseid was just an Avatar in Dark, why did he shout "No!" when being dragged into the black hole with Trigon?

I know the “heroes never kill” rule is relevant in DC, but got damn. Breaking that rule would’ve worked this time. Especially considering it’s DARKSEID.

Yes and no. See the crazy thing about Swamp Thing is if even a little bit of nature or "The Green" as he calls it exist,he can either regenerate or come back to life completely. So it's very difficult to kill him entirely. The man is like a weed,hard to kill. If you pardon the expression. Also they've given him new abilities,one where he can respawn literally in another planet so long as there's any nature.

It was no ones fault. Everyone made mistakes, and the JL didn't fully grasp that Darkseid had been able to.clone doomsday everyone agreed with the plan and it would of worked if the original Intel was still true regarding normal parademons and just darkseid

This movie got a well deserved R Rating. Absolutely brutal film. We all had a couple moments where we shed tears. I think Hal Jordan's death was pretty fucked up. Even though it was just a flashback. I think they really shoulda made this a 2 part series. Or at least release an extended cut with more of that brutal action.
If you read the comics you wouldn’t have been surprised to see Luthor fighting for team supes.

This movie , was amazing and traumatic at the same time, it brilliantly shows how smart Constantine is and Why Batman follows his lead everytime there together,
this movie always gave me chills, the justice league gets ripped apart (literally) and turning evil. Also the horror flash went through, running without stop for 2 years

Teen Titans death was brutal to me, I grew up watching the show on CN and it’s still my favorite hero group and just seeing them ripped apart dead outside of Titans tower was terrifying
Would of loved to see Shazam on the list dude not only got his leg and eye ripped off but in the final battle where he stood alone. He kept fighting and saying his name one last time. All this without being more than 13 years old.
This movie was so depressing oml. And Zatanna’s death always gets to me.

You can't replace the death of anyone with Lois Lane and Starfire. She tried to save Clark three times in the face of danger: from Doomsday, Henshaw and particularly Trigon. She went from a local reporter and typical damsel in distress to a badass resistance fighter for her love interest who wasn't afraid to sacrifice her life for him. As for Kory, it was brutal. She rarely got a happy ending with Dick in a healthy shape. It's sad to see Deadshot not being a part in the last act for TFX.
I did like the romance with raven and robin and I'm sad that probably no one will ever make that ship "sailable" again. They aged down raven and helped each other with their shared experience with awful parental figures. In the series of movies they both helped each other come to a place of normalcy. In other comics, movies, or cartoons, raven is too old for the pairing, but I liked the chemistry they shared in these animated films.
Bane's death really hurt's me. They could made last longer in this movie.

The paradooms looked liked they were literally pulling Mera's skull apart and then they cut Starfire in half with entrails visible at Titan Tower. Grisly.

I was actually enjoying this animated universe and then DC went and said “let’s just kill everyone and fuck up the story”. I really hope that they repair the universe to some degree, I was really hoping to see more from the teen titans.

He didn't kill Trigon or Darkseid, he just teleported them elsewhere. They'll be busy fighting for each other for eternity because they both technically cannot die.

Mera's death was pretty brutal. She got claws slowly burying into her skull/face and pulled apart ripping one side off. The worst part is if they just left her like that she would have taken a while to die.
Seeing Bats and Damian hug it out after Damian was revived was very satisfying. Man every death hit hard, I'm just waiting for the next DC movie universe to see everybody get some redemption.

Damien sacrifice himself to his father and his final words was to save them and save Rave. His love for Raven really is one of the best parts of the movie.
It made me cry and it shattered my heart hearing Raven scream his name when he got burned.
Shazam’s death hurt the most to me, he was still a kid . I can’t imagine being that young and watching the world go to hell! That kid went all the way until the end

Kind of surprised that Etrigan wasn't higher. His depression from losing Jason Blood was at long last ended with his final fight against Wonder Woman. It was really worthy of the top 3. Also, I would have picked Shazam too, seeing how he sacrificed himself too.
The death that hit me hardest was Superboy, it was so sudden and I'm pretty sure he's like 3 years old or something. The movie barely acknowledges it and it makes sense, many deaths are like that. But his got to me for some reason.
Also as a bonus point. When the suicid squads went out two exstreamly hard to kill cherictors (track record in comics) hit the bucket at the same time. Captain boomerang and Harley Quinn are known for being those cherictor that somehow never die no matter the odds.

I'm so devastated that Apokolips War is the last movie they're making, like give me closure and more Green Lantern and Shazam! Not to mention more of Superboy!

Justice League Apokolips War is the coolest and awesome animation movie of Justice League ever,the superhero characters are cool and awesome and the action are cool and incredible

I Have to say John Stewart's death was really tragic to watch plus his last words were the Green Lantern's Oath
Starfire should've been top 3 honestly she was such a positive and caring person first scene you see her in she's laid dead on the group with her fellow titans with her body ripped in half then you see her later on as a brainwashed android with only a bit of her upper body and half her face left in tac she didn't deserve that

you forgot to add shazam to the honorable mentions list. He was severely outnumbered but he still fought on until he said his magic word one last time.
I don't think Swamp thing died, because his role in DC Universe is the Living embodiment of plant life, meaning when there's a cell fragment of plant around, he can be regenerated. so he did not die
Shazam , it was sad hearing him say Shazam in a terrifying sad way, to kill more parademons, and himself at the same time
The ending of this movie is just underrated masterpiece.

As dark as this movie was, it was pretty funny in some parts, like when King Shark spoke to Captain Boomerang. He literally pulled a “if we survive this, no one will believe you”
