My ski stays in the garage throughout the winter where things do not normally freeze. If storing outside It would prolly be suggested to run some coolant through the system. I would tip the trailer and ski up using as high as possible to drain any access water in the unit out. I tip mine around 45 degrees to drain any access water out.
No big major problems Couple little things. A recall to reflash the computer. Had a bit of a mapping issue that majority of the 2022 models came with. I have a minor start stall issue. Need to push the button a few times on first initial start up of the day to get the ski fired up. After that all day it is fine to shut off and start again. Could be the fuel is returning to the tank when sitting over night loosing its prime or could possibly be the fogging oil i am using to fog the super charger at the end of the day after running in salt water that is causing the start stall sputter at first initial start up. I am going to bring the ski out of storage In the next week or two and start getting it ready for summer. Going to clear out the fogging oil and then let it sit for a couple days and come back and see if it has the start stall sputter again. If it does the dealer will have a look. If it does not start stall I am going to say it is due to the fogging oil causing the issue. No major issues. Has been a good ski. Alot of fun. Here is a clip of what I am reffering to of the start stall. After going. Rest of day from what I remember it is ok. No issues. ruclips.net/video/-aRvw9Fymjc/видео.html
I accidentally pulled out the hose that will fill the haul with water, and got disconnected on the bottom now i dont how or where to put it back, any help will be appreciated
I will see if I can get to my unit within a day or two to see where the hose connects. That is the hose with the little elbow fitting at the back that I showed to make sure was clear of debre?
@LUCAMTire yes that hose i was trying to take off the elbow fitting but i accidentally took of the entire hose from the back when i pulled it, its the one that goes back to the end of the jetski, but it seems theres a lot stuff in the way to even fit your hand in there
@@yandeld9168 It will be a day or two until I am back at my unit to be able to try and see. I did a quick google search and I came across this parts diagram on partzilla. It looks like one goes to the jet pump housing and the other goes to a pick up strainer that sits on the bottom See following link of diagram, hope this helps. www.partzilla.com/catalog/kawasaki/jet-ski/2022/ultra-310lx-s-jt1500wnfnn/bilge-system
We have ice and snow and temperatures that fall below freezing.. So we need to winterize our units to store for winter. Preserves them from rusting and corrosion and making sure things are cleaned up and dried out from water to not freeze for the 6 months they are stored before we can Use them again. Just a maintenance thing for storage really.
Why no marine antifreeze when flushing the engine and intercooler ports?

Salt water you got bigger problems than winterizing
