This wasnt anything to do with Ferrari, ISO Rivolta were a rival company, Bizzarrini worked for them after he left Ferrari, this was one of the cars he designed for them. When Bizzarrini left ISO Rivolta, he started making an updated version under his own name. I know Motor Trend is american, but some basic fact checking would be good
Yes I know that. What the hell? Still this car has nothing to do with Ferrari. The guy worked there, left the company, founded his own company and built his own cars. By the way- where's the name Alfa Romeo in the title? He also used to work for Alfa... Are all Audis of the last 15 years Alfa Romeo Audis because Walter De Silva worked for Alfa before he worked for Audi/VW? No. You've got a strange logic!
1965, 190mph in a tin can... Look up a photo of a Porsche 904 next to a Cayman and you'll realize what fear means. Vintage race cars just have that somethingness we'll never see again.
Well, no. The early cars were called Iso A3Cs (the C standing for "Competizione"). The Bizzarrini 5300 name came once Giotto Bizzarrini separated from Renzo Rivolta. Thereafter, there were Bizzarrini 5300 GT Stradas and 5300 GT Corsas. The Stradas were built with road (even daily) use in mind, while the Corsas were the new factory racecars.
nice nice nice, wish u guys would go back to the 240 build u guys did, or even build one with a JDM motor :D then i could get some ideas for my builds on my channel!!!
+Xavier Ian Sanchex while the looks may not be the most important, to me it is very important, and I guess instead of I don't care for the looks, I would say it's not good looking, but it's not the ugliest thing I've ever seen
You are right, the L is always upper case in French, and therefore it should also be the case in English. The thing that confused me is that grammatically in French you cannot have "Le Mans" in the middle of a sentence (unless it is used as an adjective, ie "départ Le Mans" translates into "Le Mans-style start"). As the object of a sentence, "Le Mans" is converted into "au Mans" or into "du Mans" (ie 24 Heures du Mans), but as the subject of a sentence the "L" is upper case. It is an anomaly to have the determiner in a proper name, so this disappearing capital letter when Le Mans is the object of a sentence is really weird. What further confused me is that Germanic languages (as is English despite a large French influence stemming from the conquest of England by the duke of Normandy in 1066) use more capital letters than romance languages, so I am used to seeing extra capital letters when French gets badly quoted in English. But that still leaves two mistakes in the span of six letters in the description of the video.
There is actually now a company producing exact replicas (in England I believe). Search "Bizzarrini revival." You'll probably need to part with several million USD in order to secure a car though.

I'd rather see a 20min video twice a month than see 2 minute video twice a week
me too
Why is this refereed to as a Ferrari Iso was a completely independent company.
ISO Rivolta has built cars and motorcycles in Italy, also the Isetta, then also built by BMW.
Only connection is the designer Bizzarrini, who worked for Enzo, but left to work with Iso Rivolta. Not a Ferrari.
now this right here is a true classic
Hey Justin.. dont bother introducing Bruce Meyer. One of the great car enthusiasts of our time
"...discusses the history of the 1965 Ferrari Iso Bizzarrini..." it's not a ferrari.
2 minutes of video this fucking channel ROCKS
Why the hell Ferrari? Because it is painted red? This car has NOTHING to do with Ferrari.
Did you watch the video you idiot?
Yes I did. This car has nothing to do with Ferrari. Oh- it's italian. You're right. It MUST be a Ferrari.
Dude, Bizzarrini was the man behind many Ferraris, including the literally legendary 250 GTO. After he left Ferrari, he founded his own company.

Bruningable
You're one hard headed idiot.
The music in the background makes me pleased that this video is only 2 mins long

What it supposed to mean
Ben Affleck turns 70 and becomes a car collector
Hope motor trend keeps up with all their bizarre vehicles!
the look and the sound of this ride should be brought back Ferrari is not my gig but it looks gooooood !
It is not an Iso Grifo, although similar, it is a "Bizzarrini 5300 Stradale".
Well, no. The early cars were called Iso A3Cs (the C standing for "Competizione"). The Bizzarrini 5300 name came once Giotto Bizzarrini separated from Renzo Rivolta. @@flyingphoenix113 the car in this video is a Bizzarini, not a Iso ac3. Period.

Jason yo your profile pic reminded me of my car, it has sharingan lol, even tho i think your pic is a curse mark
imagine driving a LM car to LM and then racing it good enough to make the top 10 today...
Oh my gawd this is one of my dream cars HOLY SHIT
+Lebron Anthony I don't care for the looks
blasphemy.
+Grant Rodgers you are right the look is not the most important part,is the specifications that the car has
+Xavier Ian Sanchex while the looks may not be the most important, to me it is very important, and I guess instead of I don't care for the looks, I would say it's not good looking, but it's not the ugliest thing I've ever seen
didn't even know this existed
hell of a car!
was that guy wearing a richard mille?
It's spelled "le Mans", not LeMan (in the description). With a lower case "L", a space and a silent "s".
lol😂
The ACO spell it Le Mans or in French 24 Heures du Mans . . . both cut and paste from the front page of their website

You are never to old to have a happy childhood, a big bank account certainly helps achieve that
So cool 👌🏼
To me this seems like a rip of of petrolicious. Which is a brilliant car channel
damn i wouldnt be able to leave that place
These comments are brutal.
NOTIFICATION SQUADDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!! #SOUTHERNHOONING
+Lebron Anthony lol
It's not a Ferrari
A 250 swb and a bizzarrini , wowwwww
pretty car but the two grill slats i cant unsee the resemblance to a rubber bumper mgb
I thought it was the 330 P4 that ran against the GT40s???
They did, but there were multiple variations of the GT 40 not just the Mk 2.
yes it was but this one did it too i think
I believe A3/C and GT40's of the time were in the GT class. Ferrari 330 P4 was 2 yrs later in the prototype class. Thanks.
+Christo Kinieriem ok
Please check me, I could be wrong, Thanks, cheers.
The rear of this car is quite sexy.
Btw isn't that the guy who plays Kilgrave?
Loool
that must be BIG BUCKS?
We literally got 2 povs of the car one of the front and one of the back :/
damn 9 dislikes to 30 likes? ??
i want an exact replica of this
with a reproduction engine
i wish there is a company for that
Call Salvatore Diomante or Roberto Negri
There is actually now a company producing exact replicas (in England I believe). Search "Bizzarrini revival." You'll probably need to part with several million USD in order to secure a car though.
Omfg I no lie have been in that car the owner ownes the Kroger family estate
How much you want for it. I got a blank check with your name on it
They take checks? Hell, I'll have 2...
Spoiler alert! They don't drive the car at all
More name than car
- compared to what ???
Superferro !
looks a little like gt40
wassup
Wonder what it's worth
Hey
That’s a bizarre name
And, truthfully, it's not a very accurate name. The Bizzarrini 5300 GT name is much more simplistic and much more factually accurate as well.
No drive = No thanks!

I was actually first but I erased my comment so that someone else could enjoy the pleasure of being first! you're welcome!
That was very kind of you, you're a good sir. Lets just say anyone that played it with the first 10 seconds was first.
You really believe me?!!...I deserve a Oscar for my performance!
