As a professional bodyman I first want to compliment your work. I'd like to make 2 suggestions for tools. 1st is an air powered or battery powered belt sander and second an air die grinder. Those will make the cleaning and preparing on the inside of the panels before you folded the flange. Also for finishing out welds. The electric grinder your using is just to cumbersome once you used those two recommended tools. Lastly I recommend adding to your hammer and dolly collection. Dagger tools , and body tools are two sites that have good prices and a lot of specialty hammers/dollies.
I had to do the same modifications on my fc170 to keep the tires from eating the body . It looks good.
