My birthday was this week and I have the exact same necklace coming to me. My SA I met in Hawaii on vacation had to get one from another boutique shipped to her then on to me. I love my JUC too got it in rose gold in 2018 mine has diamontes on blunt part it has faded but I've showered slept in it etc Cartier do replate in a fresh layer of rose gold if you wanted.

I'm just curious if the diamond on the bracelet spins a lot? I think the XS small is the perfect size for the bracelet! I have a then JUC with diamonds and love it to the moon and back 😍 exactly love the easy put on and take off due to I can’t wear any jewellery at work. And the thin version is pretty feminine compare to original version and i can wear any outfit with it with no problem. Thats why i bought the thin JUC ring as well. Prices are increasing 6% on June 30th. I was just at a Cartier store yesterday deciding on a birthday present and they told me this info as I was making another appointment to go back. I initially wanted a JUC ring, but might end up getting the SM bracelet now!

Congratulations for this amazing purchase! My husband got me the same necklace but in rose gold with the pink sapphire recently (PhD gift) and I am in love. I can't get enough of it!! But I was sad that from your experience I should expect the rose color to fade.. I don't take my jewelry off during shower of sleeping...
The process to restore the colour is replating. It's copper over the gold, it's rhodium over gold for white gold

Have you thought of the Juste Un Clou Torque Necklace? It's 12800 pounds for the yellow gold with diamonds.
For the single diamond necklace. I highly recommend that you return the Cartier one and get the Tiffany Diamond by the Yard single diamond necklace. Tiffany will tell you the clarity of their diamonds, usually VS1 or VS2, while Cartier does not. I believe this is only for the Tiffany single diamond necklace and not their bracelets though. And I believe Tiffany’s price point is slightly better. Just a thought.
I’m trying to decide between Cartier and Tiffany’s, so thank you for sharing that information.

@@claudiakalkbrenner4148 Hi Claudia! I have the Tiffany's Diamonds by the yard in yellow gold (got it in 2017) and just recently purchased the Cartier in pink sapphire. I love them both and they are the absolute favorites in my collection. I wore the Tiffany non-stop, even during showers, sleeping, etc, and it looks like new. The difference between the two is that the Tiffany's is like a single sparkling star on your chest (u can't see the chain as it is matte), whereas the Carrier's chain is very sparkly. Also you can adjust the length on the Cartier so it becomes a choker. Hope that helps☺️

I think the small JUC was too flimsy and cheap looking when I saw it in person. I was underwhelmed and opted for the regular size instead. I've heard that the thin version will bend out of shape in time.

Any reasons u went with JUC first instead of love? I personally prefer the JUC too as its more of a statement to wear alone + no fuss with the locks but many people advised me to go for the love as a first instead.
Hi Yvonne! Honestly, I just don't really love the love bracelet (no pun intended haha). I think it looks great on others but I don't like the functionality and for me the JUC is just a slightly more elegant style :)

I've not seen it in real life but from photos, it doesn't look too much IMO. The full diamond one might be a bit much haha. I have no idea about wear and tear though - although Cartier seem to be fairly good with customer service so I imagine they would help if there was an issue! Have you done a search on the purse forum? I did a lot of stalking when researching mine and it was super helpful for wear & tear stories!

I don't have it - I'm not much of a watch person if I'm honest. I enjoy my apple watch - but that's more for fitness reasons. I do think the J12 is beautiful though!

Great video. I find the yellow gold to be a little to bright on my dark skin so and going to get the RG JUC.
I don’t really know how metals work but it does make me feel like if the rose gold fades it’s almost a little bit “cheap”.
For that price I’d like the colour to stay! I will still get it and I guess I’ll have the best of both worlds when it fades! Does anyone know if Cartiers yellow gold holds it price better than rose gold?

I have been thinking of the JUC for months and the coming price increase is making me decide whether to add it sooner than later. Do you think you will add the love bracelet to your stack, I know you have mentioned that you do not like the inability to remove the bracelet as easily.
I doubt it - I love the design on others but it just doesn't appeal to me enough for me to justify the expense :)

18 kt rose gold should not fade. If you buy directly at Cartier you should be fine as they do not sell plated jewelry to my understanding. Csrtier may be using a different rose gold allow now, so that may be a reason why her bracelet has a different color.

How did your gold fade? Gold is highly unreactive.
It's rose gold, which like white gold that it's a composition of real gold and another metal. So you need to get rose and white gold replated every few years
