Bro she's a bot. Rav is just at around the elo you start at as a baseline. The Cait will get level 30 on the account then the bot owner will sell the account.
Sometimes they do this in ranked too because selling copper accounts is good money

The truth is, if you are good enough at league, you will climb to where your individual skill should be. You are where you should be until you simply get better at the game bruv. Im not a high ranked player, but this is the truth. If you think it is your team every single game that keeps you trapped in your elo, lose the ego and actually analyse what you are also doing wrong, and improve it.

@@ChoppyGaming Its not about getting better or getting worse. Its about what happens after every win, even while playing with the same champion vs same champions. In some games the damage is just not there from the very beginning of them.

It doesn't scale off of conqueror well.
It scales 2.5x the damage it does right?
So magic pen + things like haunting guise or press the attack are what scale it up.
But it just does 50 + 3% bonus hp
So it max heals 125 + 7.5% bonus hp if its true damage.
But if you get a ton of haunting guises,
1.06x1.06x1.06x1.06x1.06x 1.11 last stand x 1.08 press the attack.
It goes to 1.6x 50 or 80, and 4.8 bonus hp.
Healing 12% bonus hp + 200...
Which.... is usually less than 1 single proc of sundered sky.
But x 5 because its aoe... and sundered sky is also able to do it 5x but still, easier aoe no commitment.
Or 1k+ 60% bonus hp(less because there is NO way you have 5 press the attacks AND true damage on all 5 enemies).

The tank items are pretty strong. The one that gives 80 MR and a hujge MR shield based on health is pretty damn goood. Also, some other thank items that have the same effect as sunfire

I just have certain conditions for surrendering (or not).
1. Can ANYONE carry this?
2. Do we have good scaling and how well those people are doing/playing?
3. What is the biggest threat in enemy team and can we deal with it? Like is this a skill issue or they have fed Yi and we have 0 CC.
4. Are they actually playing to end the game? Are they focused on objectives and ending or they are limit testing and dieing.
If all of those look bad I'll spam surrender votes even if we ace them (provided we can't end of that ace).
Sometimes you get outskilled or counter picked hard, or camped mega hard and you just can't carry. If no one can don't waist your time

I was a Jinx main for more than 5 years, starting the day she was released. Notice how I said Jinx, and not bot or adc? Yup. I had no fucking clue how to play League. No one ever tried to explain, they would just yell at me as I strolled into enemy jungle, trying to click on the other colour people. Or, no one would go top so I would sorta hang out there a little. Or not. I did not know what to do. I may have forced a 2-1-2 meta at one point, because no one else wanted to jungle, and I sure had no idea about it, so I would just go top with, well, the top.
All while playing Jinx, mind you.
So, my point was that, even going full retard, I am confident I played better than this Jinx and Caitlin.
