Without Crashdiet's debut there probably wouldn't be a sleaze scene today. We have a lot to thank Dave Lepard for. "Rest In Sleaze" is a masterpiece in every sense of the term
it's nice to see dave live,Dave sounds so good in both studio and live, he was such a great frontman!!He is and always will be the best singer who always had crashdiet!..although there 's no doubt that Simon Cruz is doing a good work now . ~~♥Jag kommer älska dig för evigt dave♥~~
Awesome! as a youth from the eighties when Glam, Sleaze and hard Rock was at its peak, i must say it's bloody great to see new bands carrying on with Rock n roll like back then, sounds awesome. Real pity about their lead singer may he rest in peace and glad they carried on. It feels like back in the good old days.

@notblake Depression is often caused by nothing in particular. I know this as my missus is a bi-polar manic depressive. Dave supposedly didnt tell anyone about his depression and it was a complete suprise to his bandmates, friends and family when he died and found the note he'd left. I dunno what or if somthing caused his depression, but it was no secret that he lived hard and fast. perhaps it was a lifestyle he felt he couldnt deal with anymore. Im afraid know no more than that!

Maybe a Justin Bieber song came on the radio and he couldnt take it lol... its just such a shame that someone as talented as Dave left this world by his own hand, for a reason that could have been resolved if he had shared it with his friends and family... Atleast now we have Simon, who will hopefully take Crashdiet to the top!! P.S. thanks again for the info =D

I think it would have been the show of a lifetime to see Crashdiet perform with dave... since i live in america, i couldnt see Crashdiet when they did have dave.. I still want to see em, but im kinda disapointed they r loosing the 80s glam/hair look (in my opinion) if dave didnt have to go get high or something and kill himself(i dunno, i just kno he killed himself), i probably would have seen em cuz they probably would have come to america and showed dirty penny there not alone!!!!! ;)

these days too many bands try to sound and look 70s and 60s and not enough try to emulate the 80s...I love this! 80s is the best era in rock IMO
