Great Bands are everywhere, M83 (France) is an excelent example of the good music that is being created all over the world, Not only in the UK or USA, there are great bands like Kashmir (Denmark), Supercar (Japan), Zoe (Mexico), just to mention some, that are creating excellent music. M83 albums are wonderful (all of them), this last album great as well and this is my favorite song of it. cheers
this song it audio equivelant of a perfect shroom high. Everything is beautiful. pure innocence. I hope (if there is a heaven) that it is as beautiful as this song sounds. Love this song!!!
This song is truly amazing. I forget how we were all so innocent at some point in our lives. There is no song more sweet and loving than this one. Even ask pedobear.
My reaction to this song was to remember how innocent and pure little kids are. the pure imagination and sense of humor that they have. I think drugs are quite the antithesis to childlike love and joy, which is what this world needs more of. you won't get that by handing out sheets of acid to everyone. drugs are what we need less of. there's so much joy and excitement to be had just by observing nature and getting out into the world with friends. you don't need a dealer for that.
If you play this song in a music player and on youtube at the same time, and manage to get one to play between the beats of the other, it sounds great! :D
@z3p3l1n The trip makes them feel like a kid I think. and the title is "tell me a story" in french. I think they used a kid to show the innocence of it and the story like properties of it. I think this is just funny that they wrote a song like this. i like it though!
This song makes my heart skip. the message of unity is told through the vessel of a child whose experience with hallucinating is as pure and innocent. if we all open our selves tho learning something about our entheogenic hallucinatory responses, this is the description of the world we would be living in. A truly powerful song.
I just imagine this music with Randy Marsh in south park :Balls cancer episode Would be so fucking funny to see randy and his friends jumping on their balls
You guys aren't very deep.. sure, the song may be about drugs, but it's also about world peace and unity. "Crossing the rivers and oceans" basically means taking down the borders of countries to live as one. "Jumping" is basically another way of describing how happy we would feel. The whole reason that it's a little girl reciting these lyrics is to make it seem innocent, like a fairytale.
Goosebumps! It's like a wave of euphoria as the harmonies come.

Quisiera tener una hija con esa vocesita tan bella.
people who dont understand lyrics tend often to analize them, dont do that just enjoy the harmony of this adventure close your eyes and fly away
The rhythm is reminiscent of a frog hopping along at steady pace on a perfect spring day...did I really just say that. Oh well, its true.
If this tune doesn't make you smile you must be dead. Reminds me of Knights of the Occasional Table.
