General Napeñas incompetence is very obvious here, okay fine, hindi nainform ang army at time of attack, bakit hindi na lang nagutos ng isang party ng Pulis na pumunta sa Army base at sabihin ito and para makagawa ng plan ang army sa pagrescue? Bakit hinantay pa ni Napeñas umabot sa shootout bago magtawag ng saklolo sa army. And thru text at 5am? Graduate ba talaga to ng PNPA?
