@@LucasLasuley Practice. Practice alot, start with the basics, make a bunch of simple animations. Don't try to make something big, colored, and shaded right off the bat. It's something you need to work yourself up to. I personally am not an animator (Despite having gone to an Animation College). But, knowing the basics and having learned so much about it helps me to make something simple like this video! Watch a bunch of 2D animated things, study how character move, study people's animation styles from 5 years a part and see how they grew. But big thing is don't give up if you're not "perfect" right away. It's definitely a craft that takes patience and hard work.
