Nuclear Option finally allows you to scratch that tactical nuclear warfare itch like no other game. As an early access title, it's already a highly recommended flight sim for anyone that enjoys a nuclear aftermath.

Also side note they just updated the game with a few things he mentioned, they added a new plane dedicated to electronic warfare. Also added more weapons and better textures sound effects and plane models

How active/dedicated is the development and how much focus is being put on the Escalation mode? I'm interested in getting this game because I've always deeply loved semi-sim type aircraft games, but don't really care for them outside of sandbox-ish settings, and Escalation seems like the perfect blend of everything I've wanted out of a game like this. However, I've also been burned by some 'perfect blends' before when they get abandoned or butchered and simply don't have the time to invest in another one.

there is also the EW-25 Medusa now, being able to temporarily supress radar, or using Anti Radiation missiles to permanently supress them .

Early access, yes.
I think the team is 1-2 people making all of the content, they are doing a great job so far.

Great video!! I love Nuclear Option because it's just one of those game in which you can constantly have fun, without the grind of WT. Also mainly why I moved to making content about NO.

Oh! In case you haven't tried this yet, since you're on a gamepad, try disabling the Virtual Joystick option. That should allow your Right Stick to give you freelook and map control
I have no idea why the Virtual Joystick disables this

Sure, Comanche 4 is still decent as is Ace Combat, armored core and project wingman. Also consider GunMetal, made by the same guys as hostile Waters.

Hi I enjoyed the game but I connected my hotas x56 controllers, my throttle works perfectly but my joystick does not work, I cannot get pitch when I'm taxing on runway I can turn left or right, any ideas regards

The game is pretty optimized and stable. You will be running fine even with GTX 1060 3GB.

It's pretty much stable with all the contents. They are just adding more and more contents later on.
No need to keep people waiting for the game to be finished when they can buy and enjoy the game.
