How is the fuel efficiency since the resonator delete? How does it compare to that before the delete? I notice that we live in the same province-I've been getting 8.0L/100km combined (can go lower) on my 2023 330i. The gas mileage is incredible, but at the same time, I want that full exhaust sound and performance.

Thank you for the kind words and congratulations on your new car! I was told the OPF filter is used for cleaner exhaust emissions but mildly muffles sound at the same time. My cars OPF filter was 1 unit with the resonator, so I had an exhaust shop cut them out and replace it with an exhaust pipe which increased the sound pretty dramatically without any drone. When it comes to the exhaust tips: unfortunately I think your only option will have to be cutting the bottom portion of your bumper to create inserts for your exhaust tips to go. My exhaust shop only charges a few hundred dollars to do it, so if your planning on keeping the car for a long period of time then I’d say it’s worth it. If it’s a lease, I’d suggest leaving it as is.

My previous 2 cars have been lowered on lowering springs so this drives so much better than that but if you're not used to having a stiff suspension then I'd suggest waiting!
The resonator that you deleted had also a second opf inside the big box? I think the first opf is in the downpipe and the second I guess is inside the middle/resonator.

No significant difference since resonator delete, I don’t think it affects fuel efficiency whatsoever!

Yes it does, and it actually feels like it shifts faster when it auto shifts in Manual Mode

It only shifts itself at full throttle, not sure if it does at half throttle

You should. The fixed M suspension is very stiff
