My husband is on a diet by a nutritionist, though sunday being a cheat day I made this dish for him. Believe me , he just cant stop from praising me. All thanks to you. Just to let you know with garnishing of rogan, ginger julienne and crushed pepper, I added chitta makkhan. It took the dish to the next level. The makkhan is just melting and blending with the chicken so well that you wont stop licking your fingers. Again thanks a ton for sharing such a wonderful recipe. Anyways, today I watched his mumma's aloo k paratha's recipe. Guess what? I am planning to try that tomorrow for breakfast. That's because the layers of the paratha looked so crispy and the ingredients were also so simple. No complicated ingredients. Yeh dalo woh dalo and all. He is a master, man! Simple and delicious recipes with no show off. Sounds like someone from home is explaining it. P.s. I have to watch the aloo paratha recipe again. To know how to make it coz as usual I was only listening to him. I don't know how he made it. Will surely share how it turned out when I make it.

Made this yesterday, awesome result! I added half chicken cube, half tsp garam masala, and with the bhagaar in the end...I added pounded chili, instead of deghi mirch.
Made this last night..compelled to make a comment it was that good..except I didn’t add tomatoes and it still turned to be good..all tha masala..sugar, peppercorn, mace worked out so well..also instead of coriander i added dill (soi ki bhaaji) it was greattt…i learnt a new recipe
