Holy fuck, this is talent! In the beginning, I was moderately impressed by watching the Photoshop work. This, coming from someone who's worked 10+ years doing photo-manipulation and advanced retouching jobs where I'd constantly be masking out objects and people, redrawing bodyparts, adding things back in and relighting/texturing to match, etc. After he threw it in spine works I figured he'd add in some minor motion but holy crap he was intensely rigging and animating each and everything very meticulously for quite some time. I skipped to the end in anticipation wanting to see the end result. Jeez, Not only was the animation expertly done and far exceeding what I'd thought possible for a still image. He went above and beyond with particles, light rays, shadows, the awesome butterfly movement, and natural blinking. I feel like this process could've really captured what the initial artist imagined. Wow, this could be an Advertisement for the Software used and this guy's career. I'm sold on it already. That was expertly done.
Thanks! But I don't think so, I really need to get into After Effects. But not bad for a one day fanart animation though, I could polish it way more, I just rushed it

@@JustNatax3 I envy you. When I have 100 layers or even more I have no idea what is where, I have such a tight folder + naming structure to be sure I don't accumulate hours of just looking for what is where. Honestly I have trouble even with a few tens of layers without names, just imagining opening such a file days/weeks/months later and seeing no names frightens me. How do you keep all that information in your head for so long, is it photographic memory?
@@ViktorsJournal Oh come on, I do folders too... but I usually don't struggle with maybe 50 layers without naming and folders...? Maybe more? I never thought about it tbh. Hmm.. I kinda build a tiny relationship with every layer and usually know the structure and whereabouts. Maybe I am just too lazy to name amd folder everything and that's why I mentally keep track. I just know where everything is. Now that I think about it: I took part in a memory test series at a research lab at my university a few months ago, the ones where you get a minute to memorize as many pictures on a grid as possible, including their orders. I did the best in my test group of 30 people, meaning I also got paid the best for participating. @@gadgetboyplaysmc I think animating a splash without the layers giving to you is only slightly less harder as making the cinematics. Once you have a full 3d Model, it's a lot less harder to worry about blocking of certain parts. It takes longer, sure, but once you have the models ready it's far easier and more flexible to work around 3d models. Animating a 2D image, specially one from an already flat image (not layered), is specially taxing when you have to thinking about "what was that arm blocking in the background?" or "is this part of the clothing plain or did it have decorations on it underneath the hand". Also, there's tons of 3D models online that are almost ready to go for your environment. I think 3D models are harder only because of the time you need to put into one model, but once you make the model, you don't have to redo the model with every single frame - you just have to move it around. With 2D animation, unless it's an animation with lot relatively static pose like this (Neeko moves, but her pose is relatively the same), every frame has to be redrawn. If the body turns a 180 degrees, you have to redraw the for all the frames that it's turning; the higher the framerate, the more times you'll have to redraw it. With 3D models, you need to only move the camera, or move the object itself to perceive it as "turning". That's it, you don't have to redraw it everytime, and you can just choose any framerate you want.
At the start, I had no idea what you were doing. I just thought you were just tracing it but the final product, that's just awesome all around. That's too dope for my vocabulary.
They dislike this because they couldn't do the same thing, so they deem this a lie and a forged illusion. This behavior is described by a single term: Jealousy.
@Actual Gus well I started League in 2017 so I already had a good computer. My bad time was from 2009 to 2013. I couldn't play GTA San Andreas on 60FPS
Who else played this at 0.25 speed and STILL needed to pause and play repeatedly to get it to go even slower to really study those sweet sweet details :) really enjoyed watching the rigging elements too :)
Imagine spending hours drawing and illustration and have someone bring it to life. Absolutely gobsmacked! As you were doing this I visualized what the final product would look like and I tell you, it's better than what I imagined. During the video I was literally thinking what if someone did this a few days after an illustration was released, then I read the description. You've outdone yourself mate.

Not Photoshop at all. *He is fucking good with colors and animating in spine!*
Woah thanks a lot for your kind words 😊
Better than official
Thanks! But I don't think so, I really need to get into After Effects. But not bad for a one day fanart animation though, I could polish it way more, I just rushed it
@gamegod19 Actually the official one is natively 1440p :P. Still, solid work from Ivan, it shows the capabilities of Spine 2D. If this software had the control over the composition as AE does, i would quit AE at any time of the day xD.
@gamegod19 Gotcha.

And that kids is why you name your frikin layers ...
Pornstar Shrimp What do you mean? It’s not like she had trouble with the layers + it won’t make a different if you knew which layer is which.
Nah. I can always remember the order of everything. It makes all sense to me without naming every layer when I work, but if you share a project with others: PLEASE NAME THE FRICKIN LAYERS OKAY
Take from that what you will: But for what I can do in that area, I can't do with other areas of thinking. Dealing with mathematical problems for example... I have always been terrible at that.
I am just pissed when people send me their stuff over to do something and it's not all well kept documented lol if you work on your own, you can do whatever, ...
In the end you'd be the best group partner to have and I'd be the worst, unless I put some effort in. lol

Damn the hard work always show up in a bright way ☺️ awesome .....those ton of layering were so detailed 🤯
Wow never thought abou how much work goes into those login screen animations
Now... imagine the cinematics. Even more work I think. It's quite intimidating to think about.
