    i think JT can be a mid range assassin if he takes that shot more often
    would be great to see him chuck up that shot instead of the 3 ball

    I was definitely concerned JT looked almost disinterested. No defensive stance, getting blown by. It was sad to see. Fortunately, JT turned up in the second half, and finished strong. 2 more wins in this series. Let's go boys!!

    he absolutely STUNK in the first half but turned it up in the second half so thats great he finally woke up lol. the problem with him is that he fades away from what he does best. his shots go down when hes attacking the basket and getting a rhythm. instead he just shooting dumb shots. i dont wanna hear the excuses of “he gets doubled” brown gets the doubles but still makes it work. why? bc hes always in attack mode. jt needs to be in attack mode. take it and just go dont even think about it

    I wish Celtics would give the ball more in the beginning of the game to heat him up i never understand why they could go 5 minutes without giving JT the ball idk if im the only one that noticed but they do so much play for brown and JT just stuck in the corner that aggravating to watch then when he gets the ball he got to force it or they double him put him in the post and keep feeding him all day

    • @brenanrota-wallace6937
      @brenanrota-wallace6937 23 дня назад

      I don’t understand that either, they always want to heat up brown then when it’s Tatum time he’s done nothing so it hard for him to get into the game with doing nothing

  • @danteschaos7852

    The offense can't suit him unless he fits. 5 wide won't fit. He better play D for the chip

  • @jesperklostermann7380
    @jesperklostermann7380 23 дня назад +4

    All the comments that he is inefficient. I couldn’t watch this game but the other games everytime he touched the ball he was double or triple teamed. You can’t be efficient then. Yes sometimes he still forces it and tries tough shots, but him and brown are still the stars and all eyes are on them. You just can’t guard both of them so the pacers picked their poison in brown and regretted it. I bet next game they guard Brown more aggressive which means more space for JT or even more space for White and Jrue, which makes JTs game more efficient. Just cut him some slack, we are breezing through these games and a big part is the gravity which makes it easy for the others.

    • @WestbrickFansGotNoBrains
      @WestbrickFansGotNoBrains 23 дня назад +2

      the double team is to force the ball out of his hand and make plays which tatum did great.
      the shots he took are simply 1on1 and he bricks them.

      Hating and over-criticizing everything Tatum does is the cool, AI generated response for smoothbrain fans. They cream themselves over everything SGA and Ant do, when they do something wrong its "theyre young." Even though they played one and two less year than Tatum 😂

      @@yelnatsu Totally. When factoring in the playoffs, there's a decent case that Tatum is just outside of the top 10 leaguewide *this* year (unlike 2022 or 2023, when he was clearly in that category, if not top 5). It's also reasonable to say that this Celtics team is one of those "sum of the parts" contenders like that Spurs team, the 04 Pistons, and the 21 Suns (who fell JUST short). To me, they don't look like a traditional title team like last year's Nuggets, or Kobe's Lakers. We'll see how the rest of the playoffs go.

  • @RandomAxeOfKindness
    @RandomAxeOfKindness 23 дня назад

    Indiana cannot guard either of the Jay's going to the hoop. Either everyone collapses, and there's a killer assist waiting to someone left open, or they simply get blown by, and Tatum or Brown can get a layup or dunk. If the shot's not falling, go downhill, young man. Jaylen seems to have figured that out, but Tatum is still playing the last team, or something.

  • @BillShea-vx4bw

    Tatum was a spectator on defense. Sam Hauser played better defense.
